Tim Hortons

I wish I could give negative rating to the customer service of the team member named Aman who’s working there. She’s so rude and has no manners to talk to her guests.

They take money and then say we don’t have what you ordered and we can’t refund. They sent me to three stores of same owner in the area to get the order or refund but all denied to give me my money back or the coffee I ordered. They are frauds! Even the Tim Hortons app from which I ordered is not providing any support.

The person here is very rude. I visited there two times and I didn't like his behavior. I have never seen the person like at any other tim or even other restaurants.

I did not at all like the attitude of the man working there in the metro, trinity. He is rude at the next level. Although I have not been in Canada for but I really liked tim services a lot but this person is such an impolite like very much.

Man working in this location of Tim is very rude. I don't like his attitude and his way of serving. He is such an impolite person. My experience was very bad him.
