This location like the other franchiser’s are sooo busy the loss of a few customers goes unnoticed?

Tim’s, do you remember, Blackberry, Dell, Sears, The Bay, Nortel …. This is what happens when arrogance takes over. I assure you it will come to be if Tim’s doesn’t realize we are the customers!

Very good Indian staff and other people except that night guy who's always rude even on drive thru and while accepting customers at night. He's found shouting all the time.

Not acknowledged for 2+ minutes. Nobody in line. Tons of staff working the drive thru. Pathetic.

No TP in the bathroom. Filthy.

As always Tim Hortons is great. The service at this location was fast, friendly and efficient. The staff her are truly the best.

Miss piggy with the undercut in drive thru window needs a lesson in customer service. So rude and abrasive.

Date is October 04,2022, First the guy gives me a medium when I order a large and then when I return back the lady comes up with an accusation saying this is over the counter and don’t touch anything just cause I took two spoons
Maybe they haven’t seen how Tim’s runs their stores by providing customers for pick and use as much as they need
Not a recommend!

The place was absolutely crawling with yellow jackets, inside and out. Staff didn't seem to care.

Rude, slow service. We had to ask if anyone was working the cash after waiting 5 minutes. When one of them heard us, she turned around and made a face and made a snarly comment. Will never return to that store again.

Love the coffee but the service is a nightmare.
Those poor cashiers.how about this suggestion. 1 person to take orders and maybe at the same time get doughnuts. Another person to fill coffee orders and a third person who's only job is to make the sammiches.that would be a pretty well oiled machine.employees workload would be lighter, tips higher, and customers not so upset with the unnecessary wait times.

This TH was really busy. Cars lined up in the drive thru, people lined up inside. But still, it's a TH!

Almost always a long long long wait. Sometimes they have stock, sometimes they don’t. Time to get back to normal, pay a living wage and retain staff.

A front to get your money because they do not have most of the products on the menu you ask them for at 4-5 pm and then end up giving you something else like a craveable for the order you placed

My coffee had so many coffee grinds, didn’t put the lid on our ice cap and it spilled all over the car, very disappointed

I know they are having huge staffing issues so there are line ups. The staff is plugging along valliantly and doing a fantastic job!

Asked for pumpkin spices lattes, waited in the drive thru for what seemed like forever, confirmed my order at the window, still received just regular lattes. Waited another eternity for it to be fixed. Drive thru order taker was very rude and yelled at everyone. Needs some customer service training. Can’t remember his name but he’s the over night worker.

Go up the street to another Tim's, because THIS one might be the worst Tim's based on my service today.

Close to a half hour drive through lineup, no cookies in stock (which I was told sold out in the *morning? ! Doesn't make a lot of sense), no crispy chicken for the crispy chicken wrap, and then when I got to the window to pick up my food I was told they just realized they don't have wrapped tortillas, but miscommunicated which of my two wraps they were talking about.

Front to finish, this was a terrible customer service experience on every level (failure to prep for long weekend busyness is a management problem), and an embarrassment to a franchise that doesn't exactly have a high bar. #timsfail

CAUTION to all service dog handlers to have their dog vested when entering this location, as this location is not trained to ask for a Dr's note and will openly discrimate if they feel your service dog is a pet.

I'd give them 10 stars if able no matter how busy or tired they are. You always get a smile, warm welcome. Not like the bold employees at prescott across from GT.

Well done folks I'll drive 18 km there n back any day.
