The food is as usual the best. But the staff, especially morning manger is rude and was not really welcoming and friendly.

I work in this mall so have to deal with them they are super slow all time line up and only 2 employees I do mobile orders everyday to avoid long wait and they know me but today my coffee was made wrong I tasted and I took it back instead of sorry or anything she gives me attitude and say it should be the right coffee very disappointing that I will have to deal with them everyday we spend over 300$ every month and this is what we get

They should change debit card machine tap was not working and even when i tried with chip there was double double password you only should put double double in coffee only over all as i saw reviews this tim is poor in Brampton

I visit the location because of Nasreen's and Navjeet's exceptional customer service. They always treat me with smile and ensure that the order is prepared to provide 100% satisfaction. They make my day with their polite and courteous behavior.

I think they made tea in morning and served It all day till closing. It’s happening with me 4 times. Really Poor service for tea

Staff was fine, however for a mall location, very busy only 1 person on cash I waited 15 mins with 3 person a head of me.

I was at the Williams pkwy & Chinguacousy location which is not great. I ordered tea and they put too much milk in it. The people working here seem to be always chatting around and not serving their customers.

Small place but almost everything is available. Items are well organized. The place is well maintained, always clean.
The staff is very co operative. Always ready to assist you with smiling face, positive approach and attitude.
Many a times you'll come across a long queue but the awesome staff works so effectively and efficiently that you will see the long queue disappearing in no time.
Only drive - through is missing.

Staff are not trained to make different drinks and are rude and dismissive when you ask them for what you ordered.

I went to this tim’s and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, the worker proceeded to tell me that they don’t serve breakfast after 5pm.when the website says otherwise and every other tim’s serves all day! The workers here are lazy and unprofessional! They have no work ethic!

I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese for over a week. Not once has any employee actually given me my order. In fact the employees argue with you when you correct them.

After going to this location since 2016, I'm done. Stolen change, wrong coffees (plural), cream poured into coffees from cups on counters (just NASTY practices) and unwelcoming attitudes. This has nothing to do with customer service etiquettes. It's really about mean-spirited and good-spirited people. Surely these women do not live by "Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you". Turn to God. Only he can rid you of the evil in y'all hearts.

Today, the staff were very helpful. I was on the queue and I used my Tim hortons mobile app to place an order.mistakenly to the last Tim hortons I visited which is the one close to my house (22mins away). But I explained to the staff and they were very helpful. Great teamwork.

The owner really need to visit and communicate with the staff and Managers. A lady today at 6: 35p.m when i ordered online (drive through via app) 2 bagels everything with herb and garlic. So they only had one and lady is telling me at the pick up window that she only have one and she added sesame bagel. I said i’m sorry i did’t want the sesame one, give me jalapeno bagel please and she replied that its expensive. Again i would not mind paying a quarter. But i don’t think she is trained how to respond to the customers. 1> you don’t have a bagel for me. 2> you did not ask if i would like to something else. 3> you added a different bagel without my permission 4> you are telling me the replacement will cost me extra. Come on! I’m in the same hospitality industry. And this is not how you deal with the customers. Do better Manager. Ally rally with your staff is very important. Prep-Plan-execute.
I hope the owner look at the review and talk to the staff. I will change the ratings once someone makes sure this does’t happen with other people.

Staff seem to struggle even with basic orders! Couldn't make the sandwich right on even the second attempt!

The associates does not have the main and most important skill as "listening" to work there and to effectively take care customers. They always have me repeating myself and still gives the wrong orderWhy am I repeating if you still don't understand? I would recommend thorough training because it is a big inconvience and time consuming.

At this location after 11 pm, there's this employee which refuses to serve us anything but coffee, just gives us dark roast, asked for an iced coffee and said the item was unavailable, although the car right in front of us got both iced coffee and another drink. This is very unprofessional, please resolve this issue.

Slowest Tim horton I've ever been to. Would advise the management/franchise owner to hire some young staff as lineup is going out of control for the aged staff working at the moment.

The place is always crowded with big line up and the service is veeeeery sloooow. One time I bought a boston cream doughnut and it was empty inside. Worst location I've ever been.
