Tim Hortons

My mom and I went here with a mobile order. Going through the drive through, we were told that there was no more blueberry muffin. The lady had a really strong accent and the heavy rain outside made it really hard to understand what she was saying. As she listed the options impatiently, my mom, who isn’t really that good at English, asked her to list them again in which she responded rudely with “ I just told you! ”. She then refused to repeat herself and as I, who was sitting in the passenger seat decided to speak up, she stopped me mid-sentence with “person in the driver speak, not the passenger. ”

Talk about bad costumer service. One of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered.

Unfortunately I wish I could give zero stars.the service is horrible, food is nasty, and unsanitary.we all have been drinking expired milk and one of our guys got food poisoning and he was off for a week straight and we had to pay his sick leave and plus I lost business from simply expired milk.so id like to be compensated for this inconvenience.

Absolutely pathetic to receive this trash joke of a sandwich and charge 7$ for it. Can't even put the proper meat amount on. Tim Hortons sucks.

Worst service from all of the Tims I had ever been to. No patience to explain the item, after handing off the item, the staff literally rush me to leave.

I got before work at least 4 times a week. Over the past two weeks I've been getting told their credit/debit machines are down and we must pay in cash. This has been greatly inconvenient as I typically have a tight time getting to work on time. I then get told by coworkers that they were able to pay with their debit card. You can also often hear what can be assumed to be management yelling at employees.

This location is very quick snd staff is competent no doubt but since two days i am getting curdled coffee, i am assuming the creamer is expired or idk. I went today to check with them and all they did is to make me a new one which got curdled again on my way back. I have been drinking caramel brew with espresso foam since ages and i know how it tastes. This one because it has turned bad tasted like someone added soda into my coffee yet they failed to believe me. Time to change my daily coffee location.

Wanted to try the new blackberry zuzu drink and there was nothing sparkly or special about it. Water syrup and ice.
Disappointed. Not sure if it's the location or drink's fault
