After my last review and contacting guest services about how im treat in the drive thru because of a speech problem I received a call for the store and After speaking to assistant manager Rhonda this after I decided to give this location another shot to make things right. So I go after work to get my regular order to be disrespect by the night staff once again. So my order goes from original be at $11.81 for two large ice caps with triple cream and a large coffee with two milk and two sweetener. Last week it was $12.94. Tonight i was told by the supervisor angela that it now at $16.00 because their charging for triple cream at. 50 cents, so now in total it $1.50. For triple cream. What next their going charge $1.50 for cream for an extra large triple triple coffee. I strongly feel like I'm being target and discrimination by the staff because of the previous complaints. This location is frauding their customers. I have now refused to give Tim Hortons my business and I been a regular value customer spending large amount of money 4 times a day since the beginning of April to this location.
Very Poor customer service. Yesterday and today (June 10/2022 and June 11/ 2022) around 10.40 pm experienced very bad service from the employees. Please check your cameras to know how your employees treating the customers. Feeling very bad
Ordered a drink through drivethrough, they misheard and tried to charge me for 2 drinks. After insisting I only ordered 1 a few times, I paid for the drink but I could still hear an employee through the window saying "he ordered 2". I felt bad thinking maybe I did mistakenly order two, enough that I checked the dashcam the next day.
Sure enough, I only ordered 1 and the employee was just gaslighting me. If a mistake is made that's fine, but to insist that the customer is in the wrong multiple times, and still say it again after they pay for it is absurd.
Asked for double toasted bagel.returned it because it was cold. 2nd round.hot.but not a word from server. Highly cooperative manager who understood he needed to speak to server.
I am truck driver and i went to drive thru window. Employee work in night won’t give coffee if you are not in the vehicle. How am I supposed to fit my tractor trailer on the drive thru
