Tim Hortons

This place is repulsive.the bathrooms have not been cleaned in weeks, infact the entire store looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks, and the workers weren't even wearing uniforms. I used the bathroom and then left. Because I would never eat or drink anything from this place.

Coffee was hot, wasps were flying around in the showcase, floors look like they have not seen soap in days / weeks.

The slowest Tim Hortons anywhere been here multiple times and right last time took 15 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches and there's no vehicles in the drive through this place is a joke.

Did not have our favorite donuts available. Usually there's a good selection. Fellow on the speaker did not seem happy.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Im the other person that was with Renée D when she wrote her review.i still cant believe that guy wouldn't remake my coffee, i get coffees made wrong all the time and almost always go to a different location to get them remade.never had been charged once.i wouldn't even care really but what made me angry is i wasnt in the city and the next timmies was about 25 min away and the original one that made my coffees wrong was also about 25 min away and that location had already closed by that time.terrible service and even worse attitude.thanks for wasting my time and gas Winchester Tim Hortons, you won't see me no more.

Slow service, terrible organization on behalf of the management. Angie, the manager, is rude and unpleasant. My heart goes out to the poor employees here who have to deal with her and her uncoordinated behaviour.

The door is always locked and forced customers to go drive Thur. Very bad for business. I always pull long trailers so there's no way I can go to the drive Thur. Ridiculous!

The way they speak to the customers is like they are miserable. You say thank you and get nothing in return. I am allergic to mayo and almost every time I ask for no mayo it is still on there even if it says no mayo on the screen. Then after you tell them they made a mistake they are not nice about it. They also over cook most of their food or just slap it on the sandwich.

Like their food BUT needs to re think how you package each item. Does not make sense to place more than one item in a bag that has icing on it - better still do not put even a single item in a bag that has icing on it! Do not want to have to lick the bag for the icing I paid for. Makes more sense to put in the small cardboard containers whereby there is space for the item.

Went through the drive thru at the Tim Hortons in Winchester, Ontario and ordered a half dozen muffins - 5 raisin bran and 1 fruit explosion. When we checked the box on our way home, we had every other muffin they sold in the box, except what we ordered. I had to turn around and go into the store to get my order corrected. Not impressed. Good thing I went next door to A&W for my coffee, cause I can't imagine what I would have received at Tim Hortons.

Terrible service donuts were not cooked in the middles were all hard not even glazed when there supposed to be so highly unsatisfied with this Winchester Tim’s

Great customer service. The person that was behind the counter was very helpful and nice and pleasant. He had no problems giving me great service.

After attending an event in Winchester my group of 8 went into the Tim Horton's ten minutes before closing and we received the best service I have ever had from a Tim Horton's. Evan and Karlie who served us were amazing, funny and more than accommodating. Based on the service received, I would highly recommend this Tim Horton's in Winchester, on highway 43.

If one particular manager didn't work there they wouldnt have such a high turn over of employees.

I asked for an extra shot of Vanilla, 1 sugar, and extra milk too cool it down (had dental surgery this week) the crew here are 'Slayin it'. Thank you!

Every other location I've gone to, for the past year in Ottawa, has not! True story! They either forget the shot of Vanilla, do not add my 1 sugar, last night, I had a tea bag and the milk only.

Also, before they added it to the menu, have out right, denied me the option, even when I offered to walk the steps.

I love how we have a tim hortons in almost every second town in ontario.lol it defintely is nice.they need to upgrade there food abit.they could be a big hit if they had better supper items.but for coffee.if u drink that.donuts.soups/chilli.or sausage muffins.it's good! Good old timmies

Worst Service ever! Spend 20 minutes waiting in drive though only to be told at the window they don't have any dark roast. This is the second time this has happened at this location and I'm done!

Did a drive through on 1st May at 10pm.
Ordered two decaf coffees, lady in the drive though got the order wrong first time. Coffees were cold 2and time. Not returning.
