This rating is NOT for the Mon-Fri morning staff! Amazing crew! If you go to this location after 3pm or on weekends, it’s horrible. The staff is rude and they literally “run out” of everything other than donuts and coffee. It’s always an argument with the staff and results to me leaving. What’s the point of having dinner items If it’s impossible to get!? !

I had the most weird experience tonight at 9 pm. The guy that took my order refused to serve me. Another worker said because what I did. That floored me! What are you talking about? The second worker said the police had been phoned whenever it was. My son said what? The worker said to me, yes you and your son were here. My son said to him, I’m her son.in the end the second worker served me, no apologies or nothing! Clearly it was not me. I will never go to this location again! I should have just left but my son wanted his his coffee. Thanks for humiliating me BTW I’m sure if the workers were talked to they would know what they meant. I could have made a fuss but got my sons coffee and. So long Tim’s! I bc will go up bc the street to Macdonalds and give my business to them. How rude was that?

Not sure what happened on this review it wasn’t suppose to be one star. I like this location it has a fast drive thru.

All morning staff are amazing, I'm there usually 6AM. Great way to start day. Night shift is totally different, you get a "yes" when you pull up to speaker, and when you get to window, it is barely open enough to get your drink and the guy is ignorant. Does not give you time of day. I went this evening and same guy same attitude, won't be going to this location in evening anymore.

Wrong coffee frequently and the staff are rude when you you ask them about your order. Consider checking a different location or a different coffee shop altogether.

This location is our regular stop on the way to work/school for the past 3 years. The lady taking orders in the drive-through is the absolute BEST. Her "Good Morning" starts our day right! The person at the window is usually quick with our order, and very friendly, too. Best Tim's in town!

Came drive through and got coffee and bagel exactly the way I like it. The employee in drive through was very courteous with a big smile. So glad you reopened again.

Rude customer service and no professionalism. When asked what kind of a muffin is it (because they had them all in one tray) he answered “its a muffin”.

Also they closed an hour earlier than their close time, forcing us to leave. They claim it says the last our for drive thru only. When showed them that there is nothing that says drive thru, he said “talk to the manager”.

While the lines did move fast, it was at the expense of quality of food. Ordered a BLT a few days ago and it was essentially all lettuce and one small slice of bacon. For the amount you pay for the sandwiches this is despicable.

Location is horribly mismanaged. Never has items in stock or prepared. Parking lot is a mess. Always dirty inside. Rude staff.
