Tim Hortons

This Tim Horton's location was very clean. Their staff were very polite and friendly.
The food and beverage were great and the important part.they got my order right.

Greatest Tim’s north of webbers, very friendly staff and perfect location. Rain was the nicest Timmy’s employee and extremely helpful

Normal stop as a tim Hortons, but if you need to change an infant's diaper, the table is not a joyful experience. I mean, it's horrible. If you need to change a diaper, go somewhere else.

I only stop here because it's a long drive from North Bay to Hamilton so this is 1 of my stops along the way, the food is ok I normally just grab a donut and coffee but lately the coffee tastes burnt and service well they had a dumpster fire there so, there was only 2 in front, so we waited a bit longer than expected, yes I also forgot the cleanliness not clean at all, I've been here alot and everytime I've gone in, most of the time it's not clean

I am posting this while i am in line to give my order and it took them 15 mins even there was nobody before me in queue

Food was absolutely disgusting or wedges were so dry and hard and the service was very slow not impressed at all

Ordered a medium coffee and honey dip doughnut. Coffee was only 3/4 full and no napkin offered with a sticky doughnut. When I asked for the rest of my coffee it seemed like a major inconvenience.

Hands down, the worst tim Hortons in Ontario.random closures of drive-thru and slow service. There's something busted in there.sorry to be negative!

Very dirty counter for a food establishment and no clean tables. I asked and was given a paper towel to clean my own table. I know times are rough but I do-nut think this was Tim Hortons caliber. I think it’s time to do better please.

Absolutely disorganized. Huge lineup of people, 3 tills, only one open, and the person at the till screwed up EVERY order for at least 5 people in front of us, including our order and the 4 people behind us. The whole experience "only" took 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and 2 coffees. Apparently, the only requirements for employment are to be covered in skin, and have a heartbeat... Maybe. Wait until Barrie to stop so you can avoid the incompetence.

Usually fast timely service, the only thing is the women's washroom was being cleaned so I had to use the men's washroom! It was nice that a couple of men told me to go use it and they would stop anyone from going in there until I was done in there!

This location is absolutely ridiculous. Always under staffed causing long wait times and a driver thur line that backs onto the highway.

Like every Tim's they just can't get a latte right, ask for a latte got a powdery drink instead

Friendly staff. Bathroom needs updating and needs to be cleaned a lot more often. Only one stall available today in the women's washroom. Food is per usual.

Went through the drive through today at 2: 00 pm. Ordered 2 small ice caps. We got 2 I/2 cups no ice. When we asked her to fill it more she gave us a dirty look came back with no more in the cups. I took pictures but not sure how to load them. This girl needs some courses in how to deal with the public. She was not rude but not polite either.

Worst service I've had at a Timmies yet. Took me 45 minutes before I used the restroom, got my food and left.

Asked for 2C/S and felt like not made properly hence went back to ask for new one, instead of properly making another coffee. Staff just handed over black coffee.

Been sitting in the drive through line for 25 minutes already, and still 3 cars ahead of us (there was only 6 to begin with!). Literally the slowest moving Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Very frustrating. A huge lineup of people waiting to get in store too, and line is hardly moving either. Short staffed? Staff moving super slow? Management needs to get on board here and make some changes here. Not the Tim’s standard, not even close.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Would have been longer but 3 cars in front of left because of the wait. Normally, I would expect them to be under staffed but there was about 15 people behind the counter when I finally made it to the window. Will be using another location in the future

Absolutely horrible 40 minutes to get rudely spoken to by hashin. Mr. Watson should be ashamed of the quality of food that is now coming out of the Tim hortons.

Friendly staff, easy and quick order, standard drive-thru lineup. Just another regular morning going to Tim Hortons!

The wait was a little longer than expected as they were short staffed. Still great service, friendly and will return on my travels.

Drive through was quick but the cold brew black is very bitter. I can see why they have to add cream and flavouring.

Too many people serving drive thru nobody on counter was a line up of 8 at the counter and 3 were asked to wait outside due to COVID limit. If you served those that can’t drive a semi through drive they it would be nice but you are too interested in the lazy ones not getting out of their cars. More people on counter would result in ones not having to wait outside due to crowding

I ordered a tea.with 3 milk and 3 sugar.they gave it to me black.but didn't know until I took a sip! Burnt my tongue! So mad! Is it so hard to just get a order right for once?

I now almost everyone that works here and they are super friendly. The food is always awesome and super clean. A little disappointed on the fact they have had a few tourist in the restaurant with no masks.

Don't dislike place don't like coffee since they changed it. Staff are some times rude depends on who is working think it is how management treats staff not sure. Treated way better at McDonald's.

Save yourself the hassle and just drive to a different Timmies. Absolute slowest service. Literally every time we've stopped here, we've left frustrated and way behind schedule.

Currently sitting in drive thru, no way to leave because there is a car in front and a car behind. Been waiting for 30 minutes and counting.

Great service. The staff that took my order were nice and professional.

The only issue I had this order was, I ordered box of 50 mixed timbits, keyword here is mixed.

I open the box and all I see is chocolate and honey, 85% of the box was filled by that then I notices the rest were old fashioned.

Drive through is ok, however when you go in the store service is extremely slow, staff are friendly but they always seemed shorted staffed

Love this place. Such kind and caring workers. I always have a great experience. Thank you the Tristan for always being up beat. Can't remember all the other names but all the drive thru people are so kind and caring. Thank you for always making me smile Other Tim Hortons should have workers like these!

Good happy place for pick up. Staff seemed to be humble and soft in spite of like 50 people in queue.

Because they never have decaffeinated coffee on, so I have to wait 8 minutes for coffee after standing in line for 10 minutes.
That's my beef.

The cream might of been bad the last coffee I had. It's been a bad few months for all Tim's imho

Rating so low purely because they don't have a change table in the men's washroom. As a father this is unacceptable in 2020

Why did I originally like Tim Horton's? Because of high quality coffee and food? No. Because it was fast and cheap. But the prices only keep going up, and the quality has stagnated at best. I will still get coffee there once in awhile, but my trips there are becoming less frequent. I never eat at McDonald's, but that is where I am more likely to get a coffee these days.

In a desperate pinch and only if you order dark coffee might you actually taste the coffee.
In my reluctant opinion, Tim Hortons offering are not cooked onsite, everything is a heat up cookie cutter product. Breakfast sandwiches are awful and tasteless. I have asked that they add just a small dab of mayo. They always slip on mayo as though they are just too busy to think.the customer actually eats this stuff.

Tim's is a legend looking for reinvention.

The staff was again doing a fantastic job even with some of the customers being obnoxious. My order was quick and perfect. I watched as the one staff member responded very well to ignorance from a patron. Well done ladies. Not all customers are like that. We appreciate you all.

Hwy 11/12 Next to the Esso.
When we placed our order, there was an error so that when we went to pay we noted that we received only 1 of 2 farmers wraps. We had to wait for the other. Though I was friendly all the way through, the young girl at the window took offence. She refused to allow me to use my Tim's Rewards card when we paid for the missing wrap. I thanked her directly as I took the wrap and she stared at me wordlessly. My daughter could see the expression on her face clearly as she leaned forward in the seat. It was as though we were aliens.

I mentioned it to a gasbar attendant where I live the next day. She said that surprised her that I would cross paths with someone attending me. Her words based on her personal experience knowing me as a regular. "But you like everyone. I can't imagine you telling me you were upset at being treated poorly, because you're always friendly! "

Long line 30 people 20 minute waiting in car line brake down in there machinery not enough staff won't give them a 1 star but i have to tap a star to post this

The slowest Tim's ever! I went to grab a coffee at 1: 30pm, not rush hour by any means, and the people I was with were worried about me after filling gas and waiting forever for me.

Nice staff but literally the SLOWEST service imaginable. Not as a one off but literally every time I stop in. I keep giving it a chance but end up walking out after 10 minutes because I can’t take it. I’m giving up and officially never trying again.

New addition to original review: updating to one star. Would leave negative stars if I could. Remove the part about nice staff. This time it was a bunch of teenagers that spent more time talking amongst themselves than actually serving customers. There was a line of 5 people and one was in the back staring at a wall, and one was clearing out empty trays as the line grew. No sense of customer service or priorities.

I wish I could leave a review for every time I was here. Eventually the average would come down to one star. Literally, will NEVER come here again.

Always a busy spot. During peak hours this location can really pump out the orders. The coffee is a bit too hot for a timmies and often tastes leaugues different from that served at their sister location.

The longest wait ever. Only 5 people in front of me and I waited over 25mins to be served. Don't go into the shop. Drive-though only.

Slow service and rude staff with no sense of customer service. I don’t enjoy sipping my coffee to the sound of staff cussing at each other. Seems to be the same every time I visit.

The tim hortons in gravenhurst makes half cup ice caps.fill it up people.it's ok to get what we pay for. I would give 0 stars if that was that option

Absolutely disgusting. 5 or 6 workers walk around like lost souls and they didn't had coffee ready. They where in a process of making it.first for me in any coffee store. They had no coffee in a coffee shop in a shopping mall on pre christmas season. Shocking shocking. Needs new owners and staff.
