My husband and I stopped at this location last night on our way home. There was a line up with only one staff working. There was little flies everywhere I was grossed out. I gave 2 stars because the lady working there was nice. Hire more staff and clean your store

Can you guys ever manage to get the order right on the night shift? That's three for three in the morning now where a simple double double has been screwed up. And are you literally the only times that doesn't serve breakfast till 5: 30?

The closing kids rather talk to their friends than actually do their job, when I showed up tonight there was 4 or 5 of their friends talking to them in the drive thru not buying anything, just talking. They also regularly fill the room with smoke whilst "cleaning" I overheard one of them say hopefully this gets the people sitting out. I've been going to this location because it is close and a place to sit and drink coffee, however, there are quite a few times where I have to ask them if they made the drink wrong (I've ordered the same drink every time)

Absolutely horrible.spent 25 minutes waiting in the drive through stuck between two cars at 11: 30 last night in front of only two cars when I arrived. Why stay open late and staff one person to run an entire store? All I wanted was a tea. ONE TEA.

Actually the worst location in the Niagara region, waited in drive through for 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me, order was completely wrong as well. I blame ownership for not providing proper staffing and training. A place only runs as well as an owner allows it to.

Each time I went there, something was wrong with my order. Service was either unpleasant or average. Not to mention that service is slow. Decided not to go there anymore.

One of the worst Tim Hortons probably in Canada! How the hell this place is not checked by Tim Hortons? The wait time is unbelievable! These people should be all fired! The worst!

This is probably easily the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to in terms of consistency. They have messed up or missed items on my order just about every single time I have been to this location. Pared with my issues of them not making my mobile orders on time in the morning or straight up Missing the order entirely is ridiculous. I could go on and on about this location. I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons so I understand what it’s like working storefront but this place needs to get it self in gear big time

Don’t come here. It took 20 minutes to order with 10 people in line. The lady at the counter was nice enough but then we had to wait another 10 minutes to get my coffee because they just forgot that I ordered. These things happen but then when I went up to ask them what happened with my drink I got attitude and ignored. I don’t know what happened to fast food restaurants but they aren’t fast and they don’t have customer service anymore

Twenty mins thru drive thru, only to receive a large coffee. One min away from my accommodations. Open a cup of literally warm coffee. How disgusted, how can anyone give out a cold coffee. If I was heading onto your QEW, I wouldn't appreciate this. Now I must warm up this cold coffee in microwave. Tim Hortons on Scott St, should be ashamed of themselves for serving luke warm coffee. That's simply disgraceful from a big corporation. But obviously that's how you became millionaires, robbing the little people.

Edit: I decided to give another try and today was no different. I ordered two meals that came to $24 and then they said there was no sandwich bread ready yet and offered it on bagels which is half the size. I asked for wraps instead. They were practically empty and freezing cold. Not grilled. My cappuccinos also did not have the sweeteners I asked for. Idk what’s going on here but they should be reviewed and checked out by corporate at this location.

Came in two days ago at 4ish pm and the older lady at the counter was amazing and worked so efficiently! The younger girl working the drive thru looked around 14 and someone on counter needed help and the young lady huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes over and over and was super mean in front of customers to her co worker. She should be trained to work as a team and not be so rude

The Scott Street location is the worst Tim Hortons in Saint Catherine’s they take long to give you your order they drop things on the ground and then they give it to you in a different bag.
Went to the Scott street location a second time and had a rude drive through server named Sophia who put a hot breakfast sandwich on top of a donut and croissant in the same bag. They don’t have any common sense to separate items in an order unless you tell them and they say its your fault because you have to ask for separate bags.
I have never had to ask at any other Tim Hortons to put hot items in separate bags I will not return to this location ever!

I wish I could give 0 stars. It is a horrible place. The servers have no clue what they are doing. They are jumping there like a bunch of monkeys. Seriously a health hazard.

The Kiosks didn't work as once we finalized our order it would reset.

We then ordered at the cash 2 meal combos and the cashier was nice.

It then took 8 minutes for the food to arrive, and while we waited we got to here management berate the staff. Upon receiving our order we were missing 2 items, which took an additional 4 minutes to prepare in an empty restaurant.

My favourite part was when I ordered a plain bagel, then insisted they were out of plain bagels, and after ordering a everything bagel I received a plain bagel with no cream cheese.

Despite there being an abundance of associates, it was clear they lacked leadership. Would not order again.

Not sure what is happening with this location but that can’t seem to get an order right to save their life. Whether it be a mobile order or drive thru different times of days, you can guarantee your order will be wrong. I live 5 min from this location but it’s so bad, I drive out of my way to Carlton St location.

Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Please.

I often come here to get coffee and the coffee is totally fine, aside from somewhat excessive wait times.

I made the mistake of getting a breakfast sandwich on my lunch break. The picture attached does not do the situation justice; the English muffin were both ice cold (like genuinely ice cold, hard in the middle from being half frozen, if you know what I mean) and so was the slice of American cheese. When I complained, the worker took the sandwich back, threw it in the microwave, did not apologize or even say anything at all when handing it back. Not to mention the English muffin was half carved out, as shown in the picture.

I’m usually not bothered by reasonably unpleasant experiences at restaurants given that I have served in the past and understand how stress can cause errors, but this was inexcusable. This is my first ever review and I don’t plan to go around and leave more. I just could not not say something.

Please just avoid this place at all costs.

A lot of the times I go here usually 6: 30 am the counter is empty no doughnuts no timbits no cookies no muffins

Would have been nice if the guy working drive through asked before deciding he could keep my change.

Honestly everytime I go here my order is wrong and today is the last time I'll spend anything at this location. Ordered a birthday cake donut that was overcooked and icing was hard then asked for a large 4 cream 1 sugar got home to find out they gave me 1/4th cream 1 sugar whoever was on drive thru that took the oder wouldn't list what donuts they had after being told they don't carry maple products there they simply stated we have lots too many to list smh this is rediculous!

Came 15 mins to close and no one bothered to answer at drive thru - completely ignored us. To boot my orders are always wrong or gross but this is the closest Tim’s to me so it’s always a hit or miss with 80% of the time it being a waste of money. But it really upset me when I was ignored at the drive thru, you could have at least told me you couldn’t take my order instead of pretending I didn’t exist.

This is hands down the worst tim’s in north end st.catharines.as the years go on the staff just gets worse and worse.it takes 30+ mins to get your order even if it’s just a simple muffin.the staff is always in the worst mood and it carrie’s on into your mood.they think complaining about each other to customers is acceptable as well as other customers.even the managers are so unprofessional.i once got served a bagel by one of the managers (took over half an hour) only to find a long pink coloured hair in it.i could go on and on about how horrible this location is.also, just updating the fact that a new employee just yelled at my boyfriend and i for not showing proof that we paid for OUR order.just for the manager to come out and say that she lost it.we finally got our order 45 minutes later and it was still wrong.

Hands down the worst service to date at a tim hortons. The kid working the drive through failed to give me my order and took over 10 minutes to make a bagel. Asked for me to repeat my order over 5 times.

Ordered a coffee double double. Staff, Zoey was fast, polite and my coffee was stirred well.no sugar left on bottom.

Still in drive through line after 20 minutes (literally) and still have no ordered.
