Tim Hortons

This is n appreciation post for the crew working here. Especially yash who has been a super-friendly chap everytime i go after a long day at college. My food order is always a double toasted 12 grain bagel with half cream cheese and half herb n garlic and he makes the order perfect. Very few tims make it actually double toast. The cashier prachi is also very friendly. The best tim hortons you can go to! 10/10

I don't know how to feel about this Tim Hortons.
They complete orders quickly, it's a good looking location, they haven't gotten any of my orders wrong and they seem to know their stuff.
The downside is that the app says they have Iced Coffee, so does the menu! But when you arrive at the shop they say that they don't carry that drink.
Service could be better, they all look bored and it's uncomfortable for the customer's experience.
Lastly, I don't want to eat sweets that just had flies on them (refer to the photos I posted)

*Edit: 1.now I know that everything is premade and reheated and it makes sense that they complete their orders quickly. On my last visit I ordered a pesto chicken wrap that was very dry and crunchy.
2. A year ago there was another review complaining about the flies and "the owner" replied, claiming they solved it, clearly they didn't.

Service was great here. 20 timbits for $4.99? ! Done deal! I didn't realize this place was so cheap.

Rythem the manager that runs this location Is amazing. She's always going above and beyond for her customers. Takes criticism and applies action.

I am not one to post reviews but I was shocked by the service one night from one person (lady). I requested donuts and I was told I could not buy so many (even though it was there). It was the big ones and I didn’t even know what to say as I saw them there and I wanted that amount. She was a bit abrupt and rude. I have never heard of someone saying we can’t buy something when we are paying for it. Plus I don’t think there is a limit of what can be bought or not. It was a strange and a bit disturbing.

One of the best tims location in Downtown. The staff are super friendly and always take care of the customers and provide 5 star service. They deserve 5 stars!

This location is so bad workers cant even understand food is trash they wont do add ons like bacon

This Tim Hortons is an urban one with a fantastic interiors and the staff is also very cooperative with the orders and they do care a lot about their regular guests.

Timmy's with a wide selection of milks. The barista Aatir was really friendly and and made my latte not only quickly, but it was delicious too.

Very nice have a good experience very clean, best selection of food better then a regular Tim’s must try!

Service is bad, whoever taken order from me doesn’t even understand English. Also they lack of breakfast options and have pretty bad selection of doughnuts. Will not come back

Friendly staff but disappointed they did not have the full breakfast menu. No hash browns for breakfast? Cmon that isn’t Tim Hortons

Fancy Tim Hortons for us fancy city folk. No regular old poor people doughnuts here. They have oat milk! Also truthfully the fancy doughnuts are pretty good.

What a fancy Tim Hortons! I love the new options of sandwiches, beverages and donuts. The store itself is very beautiful and well decorated. I want to go back soon to try some matcha beverage.

This Tim's has got to be the best!
The nitro peach mango iced tea is divine!
And these people truly take care when making their doughnuts, the best I've seen at any Tim's. Obviously the doughnut competition is fierce in downtown Toronto, but these guys have stepped up their game!
