We popped in as part of a family visit to Toronto and the service was excellent. We had a friendly server who happily filled our order. Here was someone who appeared to like his job and serving customers. The food is the normal Tim's experience, quick and good for on the go.
All the enployees are amazing especially Sam and Biraj. They always have a great smile and there service is way more than faster. Will recommend this tim horton
Not having Caramel for ice caramel cappuccino for three times that I visited this location in the last two weeks doesn’t make sense. Buying gradients for things you have on menu shouldn’t be hard!
The morning rush is insane here. I’ve had to wait 20 minutes for just a black coffee & a donut. I sometimes end up just leaving because I’m going to be late. This is not ok, this happens EVERY morning, you would think they would have more workers during that time
Very slow and unprofessional service. It is as though they are always understaffed even with a full team. Moreover, it is as though the entire team which is present are all trainees and haven't the foggiest idea of how to follow a customers order. They also frequently leave ingredients out of items such as a farmers wrap that was missing the hashbrowns. Another is getting drink orders completely wrong. They also overfill drinks leading them to spill on everything. Needs to be better.
This place is jammed packed every single morning and lunch hour, and for the amount of people that jam in here, the staff does a fabulous job of serving everyone in a timely fashion with a smile on their face. They remember your name if you are a regular and are always polite and friendly. I am fan of Tim Hortons dark roast coffee and somehow it is always brewed properly at this location. I find that it is hit and miss when it comes to the coffee at other locations but always good, every single time, here. I work in the building and am there on the daily and will continue to come back. Incredible customer service and great coffee!
For a location that is very busy, you'd think Tim Hortons would have the sense to higher more staff. 10 minutes for one large coffee to be made wrong? Seriously?
Place looks nice after the renovation, there are 2 kiosks where you can order ahead and wait for pickup. The staff seems inexperienced, the staff had to re make my order a few times because it was not correct. I ordered an ice capp which looked super unblended, the farmer's wrap was just thrown together where the patty is falling out of the wrap, sauce is all over the place. One of the worse experiences I've gotten from Tims. Will not visit this location again since they clearly do not know what they are doing. Nice place but poor staff.
I live the coffee. What i don't luke is the way they wrap their sandwiches my bagel fell out of the wrapper and on the floor. But, the good thing us she made me another bagel & cheese. Thanks
**NOT THE BEST TIMIS**** Ordered a turkey melt with ice cap, then the only person working at the moment starts taking others people orders and giving their drinks to them while I'm wondering where my drink is after 10 minutes. Then she keeps going to the back and taking a peep at me from there.:/ Minutes later she apologizes for making me wait so she offers me a donut and starts to make the sandwich. I ended up not getting my ice cap after all this time cause she has forgot to charge me! RIDICOULOUS
Worst tim by far, no selection, had a box of timbits with only two kinds and all chocolate, and only 4 type of donuts (most chocolate as well) to pick from in the store, two staff running around, i get covid might have impact on the business but cant be trying to save money on the customers expanse by reducing variety of goods.
Waited 25 mins on a Saturday for a blt sandwich when it wasn't even busy. Please stop understaffing this location. Your staff are very hard working, friendly, and professional. This is obviously an issue with management
Order a soup combo Wait over 10 minutes while they serve people that ordered soup after me. Then they tell me sorry we dont have soup. When I commented on how long I have been waiting the lady shrugs her shoulders and walks away.
Its actually gorgeous inside with lots of space to sit. Open 24 hrs and always get the latest tech (was one of first stores to get wifi and then the kiosks to order). Bathrooms are standard - would complain about lack of free parking but you can find temp spaces to leave your car while you go to grab a coffee
I used to come here often, but I've only been back once since they added the kiosks and mobile order counter. I ordered a wrap and a coffee and saw my name up on the board with a big "PICK UP HERE" sign. So I stood, waiting for my coffee and food. The coffee came, but no wrap. I had already put my stuff on a table so I just sort of stood around, waiting and watching, as nobody else seemed to get their orders either. I waited a total of 17 minutes before I asked (I dragged it out because I was curious just how incompetent they were), and was told that my food was waiting on the counter in the back-where the old mobile pickup location was. Of course it was cold, having probably sat there on the counter for 15 minutes, but like the coward I am I came to write a 1-star review instead of saying anything.
