Cashiers are freindly, however layout is confusing due to small store with it being so busy (its chaos due to 0 highlight on cash or where line is)

Got a Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew and didn't have the expected sugar and spices mix on top, even though it was always present before.
Also, the cream formed curds all over the drink which made it pretty gross.

Your standard Tim Hortons except for the following negative things 1) one male cashier can not punch in an order correctly if his life depended on it 2) No wifi 3) No seating despite being plenty of room 4) No washroom…I wouldn’t go there if you have other choices. Farmers wrap was good though

I came in at 11am to order a simple sandwich, all the other people who came after me were served, and after 30 minutes I decided to leave because my break was almost over. No apologies from them for the long delay, I also saw the waiters laughing at me because I still haven't been served, without knowing that I'm seeing them. Really shameful, a place to be avoided!

Dirty floor, no coffee in the evening, only lemonade. Not supportive stuff.

Bad customer service.
The old lady who made my biscuits was yelling and repeating my words when I said this not my order. I ordered the steak and eggs, first time she came and asked Steak and Cheese. Idk it's same thing but I heard Steak so I came to take it. But she looked at me and looked like she didn't want to give it to me. She asked again and I said I order Steak and Eggs. She ignored and gave it to the other guy. After that, she gave me a different one and I said I ordered Steak and Eggs. She yelled at me and repeated my words. I will never come back. My first time I put 1 star and it for your business

Worse service. I order at front counter French Vanilla no-foam but it STILL a Lot of foam. I ask for 5 cream the manager or owner I believe said No, I only can give you two cream cuz that French Vanilla.
She look so angry when she talked to me. Also, the caissier didn't give me the receipt either ask for my reward app. My Tims near my house ask my everytime I went there. This location don't even have a place to sit. To sum, service bad, staff is worse. Special the manager/owner, that crazy the a shame when you choose to be in hospitality.

The customer service was terrible! Despite the store's closing time being at 23: 00, we used the mobile app to place an order at 22: 00. We arrived for pick-up at 22: 10, but were informed that the store had already closed.

I don’t have a option of half star that’s why i am giving 1 star due to that.
I placed order of 20bucks and I asked for a water little bit she said me to pay 10-15.cent what’s going on here and the server name was RICA ELLA MAE, T. And didn’t even wear hair net and she’s soo rude.

Probably the worst Tims in Toronto. Bad service and menu items are always out of stock regardless of the time of day.

Rudest staff ever. Always very aggressive but today topped it off. The cashier was very disrespectful. When I completed my order I wanted to scan the app for a coupon and it wasnt working so instead of trying to find a way to get it to work or asking another person for help she just stared at me and kept repeating "its not working, I don't know why" in a very dismissive way like she just wanted me to get out of there. I cancelled my order and walked out of there.

Shame on the manager for not teaching their staff to be more appropriate on the job and getting work properly.

This store put too much cream on the iced capp. The taste is too bland so the iced capp does not taste like coffee. You can tell by the looks of the iced capp they are too light. I hope this can be fixed as I only go to Tim Hortons for the iced capp.

Would’ve given a zero but there is no option clearly! Poor, slow and cashier Nidda needs to replaced. No doubt the other older staff personal’s are too efficient at what they do, but yeah this store needs to changing to be done.

43 minutes to get my order filled? Absolutely ridiculous. Me giving them a 1 star is considered generous.

Horrible service, rude staff, slow, unsanitary conditions, unprofessional. They do not know how to make food despite verbally telling them directly to not forget something you paid for and they still do.

One of the employees is asking multiple customers if they are vaccinated or not and when they say “NO” she asks why? ! I also seen them heat up strangers outside food in their microwaves and not clean it after.

Mobile orders take up to an hour to be made despite not being busy AT ALL, the whole time employees are chatting away to each other.

Service is slow and not adequate. Employees always forget to put the wax paper with the donut and it's not only that store.

Messed up my order several times to the point where I had to cancel it all together. Please improve.

Mornings are always busy, but that doesn't mean the staff can act rude to customers all the time.

Regularly get my coffee here. Good service.i've read some reviews.let's be mindful of those working to service us during this pandemic. As well as, we are all human and have good and bad days.

Never coming back. Customer service is rude, French vanilla came out cold, and no apology given. Shame on them.

One of the rudest tim hortons i ever visited. There was one specific barista i dont know her name was very rude.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The service is awful specially in the mornings. They mess up with your order so many times that you are no longer mad about this, you just go with it.
Talking about the coffee, its flavour is not consistent, I order a coffee mocha often and there are days it is good but there are other days it sucks.
The staff is not that organized, sometimes they say they gave you the order when it is not true, they keep shouting at each other to get the orders ready.

Horribly understaffed. It takes 20-30+ minutes for simple orders, since there are usually only 2 to 4 employees, even though the restaurant sees a huge crowd due to it's proximity to nearby offices and the Sherbourne subway station.

Slow, always understaffed. 6pm one person working and one drinking water, 20 ppl in store, 15 min waiting for a coffee.

This store has problems.

Great location @ 419 Bloor St E, Toronto. Opposite side of TTC Line 2 Sherbourne Subway Station. This Tim got self order Tap to Go terminals are available. Good Customer Service.

This location is horribly understaffed. The staff themselves are perfectly good, but there aren't enough of them to accommodate the volume of orders. I stood in line for close to 10 minutes today because people ahead of me ordered coffee for their whole office, and there were no backup workers to step behind the register and take orders. Please hire more people, you are a franchise of one of the wealthiest companies in Canada, it's an embarrassment to pinch pennies like this.

This is the 4th time they messed up my order today. Asked for stip tea TT and they gave me some TT coffee.
Never listen properly and always in rush. Didn't even toasted begal. Staff needs to be trained for active listening.

You cannot serve or expect people to support your business and not even a washroom or chair to enjoy your cafe

Crazy busy, no place to sit standup counters only. Staff are quick and efficient. Food and beverages same as everywhere.

The products are typical for a Tim's. The service can be slow and they don't always have what I want.

Terrible service, ALWAYS.staff don’t seem to care much if at all about servicing customers. Hate when I have to go there

There are 4 line ups. And a seperate place for pickup. The seating are quick seating so therefore not always crowded. It's comfortable but all individual seating so customers aren't lingering around which makes the store more crowded.
