I just don’t understand that why the keep such a boy who can’t take an order I am talking about the tall boy who works at morning every single day he makes mistakes and asks a bunch of questions

The line was always quite short even during eating times, and the workers were patient and quick

I almost never go to Tim Hortons. The reason why? The service has been downhill for me over the years at various locations in Toronto. You order a meal that is supposed to be served at a standard serving temperature. I was a cook working in a kitchen serving hundreds of people at events and private functions. If my hash brown is cold, I’ll let you know and expect it to be reheated. So I did, and this location still served me my hash brown practically cold. No apologies or investigation. Disrespectful service. People should not buy from Tim Hortons if you are not getting quality service. You’re keeping poor service in business.

If there was an award for 'Worst Tim Hortons' this franchise would probably win.

Mornings are best with a coffee and when you spend some time stopping by at a tims knowing that you'll be late to office but then you realize your latte inside the red cup had nothing but milk and sugar is disappointing AF.
It's for the staff, I know you guys are very busy during peak hours but that one coffee can ruin some ones day, so please be sure of the order before handing it out.

I have ordered an order cookie iced cap and was given the wrong ice cap quickly redone by staff working in a very busy environment at 7 in the morning.

Really good breakfast wraps. It's some of the only fast food I don't feel unhealthy after eating.

I don’t blame the workers because I know it’s not the best job.but I have to be honest the service is always incredibly slow (and often gets the order incorrect/forgets somethin). Also this place is always rampant with crazy people (not the establishments fault) but it’s always a weird experience, I just try to order what I want and get out immediately.

The staff are rude and I watched the one bully somw teens who had food and were sitting down, avoid this place as they are just plain hostile and rude. They just threatened to ban them.

I ordered 4 bacon farmers wrap and all of the bacon were uncooked I tried to show it to the staff but they denied and said it was cook. Never going back to this location ever again.

They are serving Donuts to customers with Cockroach, s walking across them in the glass display and they are still serving it to customers after the fact I just told the staff WTFshe could care less don't buy food here Especially the food behind the glass display

I should’ve read the reviews first. They are true. Tables or floors weren’t clean, REALLY poor service. The cashiers didn’t understand “hot chocolate “ or “double double”. Tim’s: I love you but SOMEONE has to do something about the manager here- clearly it’s not run properly.

This is probably the most disorganized Tim Hortons I have been to in Toronto. There is a short line and a very long waiting time; this made no sense to me. I ordered 2 plain bagels with 2 coffees and 2 hash browns and it took 30 minutes for us to get from ordering at cash to receiving our food items. They almost gave us the wrong order. There is no ordering system. Be patient and be prepared to wait. Management should take the time to implement an ordering system to erase confusion for staff and customers.
