Horrible service with 15 min wait to place an order. It doesnt seem like it was under staff. Staff was just roaming around. When i ask to take order The lady yelled saying they are busy when actually 6 people were there and doing nothing but standing hands down. Its on Manager who dont know how to delegated duties to his/her staff

I ordered a classic bagel, I asked if it has bacon on it, she said sausage and bacon. I told her I didn’t want bacon. She just did not get what I wanted, I had to point to it on the screen and repeat my order three times! She is a very challenged person. When I opened my bagel, guess what, it had bacon. Unbelievable.

Waited 25 min in the drive thru.when i got to window i politely asked if 25 minutes was normal or the standard these days? She said i was there at window for 23 seconds.i told here i worked for Tim Hortons yrs ago and that my time was 43 seconds from order to completion.she roled her eyes bobed her head and asked if i wanted a cookie.i said sure, because i can be sarcastic and dnarky when others I'm paying for are with me.absolutely terrible service.if the food takes a couple of minutes to make it shouldn't take 25 minutes to get to my window of my car.simply unacceptable.and then to not have an apology and instead to have rude comments such as this is also unacceptable.there is no retraining a rude person.she should lose her job.if she was wearing a name tag I would tell you who she was.

Took about 10 minutes to get a handful of cars through the drive-thru, nobody appeared to be getting much more than a coffee in front of us when it came to things being handed out the window.

Got and Iced Capp, and it tasted like they poured half a carton of cream in it, couldn't taste anything else and almost no ice mix. Also had a cold brew, didn't have the flavor we asked for, so tried the flavor they had in stock. That's the only cold brew I've ever had that managed to taste bitter, not sure how they even managed to screw that up, maybe they're cheating and using old coffee and cooling it or something, but it was pathetic.

Top it off both of the drinks were overfilled so they leaked out of the ill fitting lids and all over the cupholder and console by the time I was out of the drive-thru.

Google shows it Permanently closed. So we actually drove past it. Had to turn around when we realized it was open.

Came in Sept. 12th around lunch. Good food, but they had forgot our bagel and in return we were treated with unprofessionalism and rudeness among the staff. The lady with the yellow hair was especially rude and we were met with sass and disrespect when we kindly asked for the missing bagel from our meal, seems she was never taught to be proper

One of the best tim Horton's I've been too in Ontario. Driving back from Tobermory late at night and stopped for some coffee and snacks. Staff were attentive to a complicated order and showed great attention to detail providing substitutions. Donuts were still fresh and delicious, even at a late hour

Staff showed great customer service and were considerate. Clearly locals who take pride in their work.
