I usually go through the drive-through and they're always really quick. Coffee's good, order's right. Got a happy customer here.

Gave 1 star because I’m required to, I would give negative if possible. Today I walked in to the location and was met by no eye contact or interaction at all. Was waiting at the till while 10 employees worked/chatted behind the counter. You are required to call them over to get your order in otherwise you will be the only person in line with no service. Here’s the KICKER … when I was waiting for my coffee and a shot of espresso I was asked by an employee to go to the corner of the room and tell the man who is sitting and waiting for his order that it’s ready. I looked at the employee and her nine crew mates and politely said no thank you I do not work here. After this the manager Rhea called me rude and said that I was in the wrong. Other customers agreed with me and encouraged me that I was in the right. When asked to talk to the manager Rhea said she’s it. Telling her I’d like to make a formal complaint she said who cares and provided me no information. As I was walking out the store uncomfortably I was being mocked in Tagalog behind the counter. What is going on? Is this how you treat your customers? Don’t waste your time, money and breath coming to this location. Lots of coffee shop on Kerr. Wet is great! Unless you can rectify this wrong me my family and friends will never give this location my business. To top it off my order was wrong.

I went to tim hortons this week for an ice cappuccino ‘cause I had 20% off discount on app but I was not sure how to redeem it. One young girl named Gurleen was serving me and she helped me and explained me in detail how to redeem it. She and other employees served me with warm smile. I must recommend this place to all you guys out there.

Service was fast. Staff was courteous. We oredered Boston cream donut along with other stuff. But my son didnt like the donut and complained to staff that there is no cream inside lol. Staff just gave him another donut.

Worst location so far
The staff was too busy talking among themselves
Egg and cheese on English muffin was dripping with butter
I was charged $6.41 for the English muffin which is like twice the cost

I visited the branch to order some coffee while accompanied by my children. I encountered numerous issues while dealing with a drive-thru attendant, who was rude and easily agitated without any apparent reason. When I tried to communicate with her politely, she refused to take my order and asked me to lower my voice. She then ignored me while I waited at the window for an extended period of time. Eventually, another employee apologized for the previous attendant's behavior, acknowledging that it was unacceptable and not reflective of their customer service standards.

I want to emphasize that this experience was extremely poor and had a negative impact on my day. It was a sad and unpleasant day, as I did not expect such behavior from Tim Hortons employees. I am particularly disappointed that my children witnessed such inappropriate conduct.

I am willing to provide any additional information or clarifications you may require to address this complaint. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future and that proper training is provided to employees on how to treat customers with courtesy and respect.

Excellent & mindful staff, great environment for meeting friends & everyone is always welcomed. Feels like Home to me!

What can I say about this location. Very friendly staff and maintains food regulations and cleanliness. A decent place to grab a quick bite if you're hungry.

I'm a regular at this location. It's my preferred location for take out. Been coming here for years. There is a consistent group of employees who do their best. I get my coffee black and it's always filled up. No short pours here which I appreciate.

I came to drive thru this morning for a coffee and a breakfast.
It was very quick and friendly service provided by window person "Nene" despite of doing multi-task he was pretty fast at drive-thru. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons location. They do not understand the meaning of excellent customer service.

Went by the drive thru, ordered an iced coffee with light ice. Apparently if you order light ice, they don’t top up the glass with coffee or milk. As per the manager it is the standard and the customers have gotten used to not following the standard. We could hear the manager tell this to her employees while we were waiting for the refund. In my life of drinking from Tim’s, this is the first location that prioritizes and talks “standards” with their customers rather focusing on customer service!

Amazing experience. My partner & I went for coffees and 2 donuts at 7pm and we couldn’t believe how fresh their donuts were! SHOUTOUT TO THE BAKER!

Coffees were also super fresh and the drive thru staff very friendly:)

Tim hortons.it’s a classic.i can never complain about tim hortons (most of the time at least), because they’re all pretty much the same.canadian staple, you ask and they deliver.

Although I love Tim Horton's, this isn't the best location to go to. There's always lots of people in the drive through and you usually have to wait in line for a while. The facility also isn't very clean, especially in the bathrooms. I suggest getting Timmies elsewhere.

The chilli with bread got smaller for same price, half bun only. But laday who was serving was very pleasant and e plained about the product change.
