Tim Hortons

I have purchased Cappuccino (hot) on several occasions and everytime there is a different amount in the cup. Today I paid $3.65 for a half cup of Cappuccino. I love that you have gone back to the old way but there needs to be a measured amount so that they all come out the same. Please look into this so that every one is equal.

Rude and incompetent staff! They got my drive through order wrong.twice! When we walked into the establishment to request an order correction, they got defensive, argumentative and didn't bother apologizing. For a coffee shop, they certainly don't prioritize customer experience or pay heed to instructions. Clearly, accommodating food-intolerance becomes an inconvenience to the staff at this location: (
To the manager - It might be worthwhile to retrain your seemingly jaded staff to display an ounce of politeness towards guests!

The place is sooo dirty! Tables never cleaned even dirty where you pay! Never once have I seen anyone washing a table or sweeping! Not like the olds where it was clean and busy with people enjoying morning coffee and conversation it once was a place where all the locals would gather! Now it seems like if you walk in the door your an inconvenience not a guest!

I go here because to bring my parents a coffee. I do not enjoy Tim's coffee or food at all.

This is the most dirtys place to eat in. Floors and windows and bathrooms and tables are really bad filthy dirty. Disgusting. Will never eat there again.

Improving but service tends to be inconsistent. Also watch that price change magically between the display board and the cash.

Best Tim's around. Fast friendly service. Listen to your order requests. Do bagels perfectly, and make coffee as requested. Go out-of our way to go there.

We got there 9.30pm Friday and it was closed when it was advertised as closing 10pm, it also said drive thru 24 hours. All false.

Coffee is good. They are really rationing the meat on their sandwiches here. I will consider going up the street to mapleview.

The girl at the drive thru window literally asked to hold my husbands phone to scan his card, DROPPED IT FROM THE WINDOW, then didnt apologize when his whole screen was smashed as a result. To top it off she still made him pay for his coffee. Worst place ever.

Drive through asked me how are you paying, i said rewards card. She said ugh one of those, asked me if she could type it in instead, so i hand her my phone, she drops it smashing my screen on the concrete breaking my phone and didnt even think to say sorry, terrible service.

If u need coffee they got it

Some Tim's restaurants are doing a lot better in the Barrie area the only thing that I have noticed is that some of their staff need to clean their clothes because they handle food
