They had 10 big screen TV's to display the menu but a commercial about hockey cards kept looping and the menu would flash for a few seconds. Kinda frustrating and comical at the same time.

Pull up at the drive thru at 10: 54pm, and while you’re ordering, the guy turns off the microphone, so you pull up at the window and he tells you that its “closing time” and you cannot order. Very interesting interaction.

Employees are opening the store late and closing it earlier. The owner should take care about it if customer service is their priority. I have faced this problem several times.

I ordered a donut and several other things. It took 20 minutes for them to handle 3 cars ahead of me in the lineup. Then when I got home and opened up my donut, there was a big bite taken from it. Could even see the teeth impressions. Disgusted and disappointed. This is a clearly a management/hiring issue.

The past two times I went to this location I thought it was slower than it had ever been in the past but today took the cake! Way too slow unless ALL 8 cars in front of me ordered enough for a party but it looked like the two cars in front of me only got a coffee and donut. When I got to the window, very unfriendly. Will try to avoid this Tim's in the future. I received a response from "the owner" in response to this post to discuss and make it right but no direct contact. Want me to go through general customer support and resubmit my feedback. Doesn't feel like you want to make it easy for follow-up to "make it right".

Absolutely terrible drinks. Ordered on 5 separate occasions (different types of drinks) because it’s on my way to work and each time they tasted watered down, burnt or just a strange soapy taste.

Have to hate a place that says it is open until1159pm and is closed at 1050pm.
