I had previously been coming to this Timmies for about 8 years but have only occasionally come here for the last year. The staff has completely changed from the friendly crew that worked here. But the worst part is the coffee always taste burnt. I rather drive 5-10 minutes further to get fresh tasting coffee then come to this location and get burnt coffee.

Got a coffee and a Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese yesterday (October 18) around 6am. A few hours later I had very severe food poisoning symptoms. Had to leave work early and take another day off to recover. I had no other food and am certain the breakfast was the culprit.

This is review is long overdue. Tim Horton 3618 located Bermondsey Rd & Eglinton Ave E staff are a fantastic team of people. I’ve been coming here for 15 years so I seen quite a lot at this location which needed a rehaul of staff I’ve upon a time. As much as we post bad service we need to post great service. Ever since the new team of employees rolled in which might be a little over a year or so, their service has surpassed beyond my expectations! The entire staff truly has a great customer rapport not just with myself I see it with others from the businesses around, police officers, firefighters and dealer ships and just residence and families who sit and enjoy the atmosphere - the neighborhood people all come here because they make you feel at home. If an error or misunderstood order went through, they don’t accuse the customer or yell, they ask for clarity simply correct with a smile or light joke. They due their diligence to evade errors on the future orders and actually try to remember their consistent visitors orders like myself. The cashiers are on top getting those lines through on busy mornings/afternoons and listen to understand and offer suggestions at times with feature menu items - it makes clientele happy to return. I bike to Timmies weekly and they take the extra mile to make me smile and they know I don’t any eat cheese lol. Now, I don’t know Leon’s position but he is a phenomenal team lead and has an awesome sense of humour and you can clearly see the staff works well together and have sensational energy and are always friendly. I took the names of the staff that really need to be recognized for great service and going above and beyond like Leon. There’s also Dhruvisha & Kriti who always prep my order perfectly and also have a great sense of humour too - sometimes before I order I just nod and they say my order! Last, Caryn & Ellen are excellent on cash always ensuring the order is correct! So cheers to a wonderful group overall if I missed anyone my apologies - Cheers to the best Tims Horton’s team in Toronto. Thank you for your great service and setting the bar higher for other locations to strive for excellence!

They don’t care about customers, poor customer service, they’re talking to Indian languages

Horrible Horrible service.they never have anything and it's always messy and like today no chill like always and no soup and had only two choice of begals and they close at 11.i was in the store at 8: 30 or earlier today ever since new management took over.really needs improvement

Mediocre service. Even during rush hour time, only one cashier counter is open for taking orders. For some unknown reason, the thermostat is set to replicate the artic temperature.
For the majority of staff, it seems like English is not their first language so you have to be patient while ordering.
You'll find plenty of parking throughout the day

Exceptional service, the coffee is always on point.the food fresh and served with a smile. Check out the bowls you just have too.

What kinda hortons doesnt have basically anything? It was 10pm and they had like 3 menu items available. Nah

Edit: I got a sandwich of some sort because it was all they had, cheese was bad and left a spoiled cheese taste in my mouth for 2 days. Went back with my dad today he got a wrap that was spoiled as well.

Debbie and her team at this location are amazing. I had a large order I needed for 5am and they did not let me down. W had a stand down for our crews first thing and without hot Tim's and doughnuts on a December morning we would have had a lot of grumpy people. Thanks from the GFL team at Bermondsey Rd.

The staff was pretty inexperienced especially with mobile app offers (and forgot one of my bagel orders).

Recommend more training.

If you want a really good coffee, you have to come here =) It’s really strong and with rich flavor.
Also, the restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly

A good place to grab coffee and food while on your way. It has a smallish but attractive eat-in area, and lacks outdoor seating - just a parking lot adjacent to a busy road.
