Not the first time

The people at this location are sooo rude. They messed up the whole order. Stale food. Give a really disgusting hot chocolate, went to replace it and the lady said I can only replace the drink within the first hour that the order was placed. That’s not even true…

They keep doing the same thing I am asking in it they put on the side how can I wipe the things on side of the bagel during the drive that’s why I got my coffee and food in drive-thru short pinheads.

Has to be one of the worst locations in the city.
Food and coffee wasn't fresh, they forgot items in my purchase and the staff weren't friendly. Night and day comparison to the one in trainyards in the pioneer gas station which is always a 10/10

I asked for extra extra ice om my fruit Quincer but thay give me warm drink with few Ice cube

I don't usually review but in this case customers should be aware. Rats on drive thru and lots of them. Clearly been there a while. Running under the building into holes under the drive thru window, back and forth across the drive, in the stone wall and treed area. Filed a health complaint with the City and complaint to Tim Hortons. Disorganized staff as well. Never again will I go back to this one.

Wouldn’t take points from app so when I tried to use points for items I ended up having to pay. Disappointed, the whole point of the points system is to receive free items

Place was okay, seemed to have been rush hour though so my order came in very late
