Tim Hortons

Absolutely disgusting place; so messy and disorganized, with flies everywhere; and even worse service. Not a single worker ever smiles, they all mumble and avoid eye contact, and look so annoyed that someone is placing an order. They constantly make mistakes on orders, whether it's drive-thru, sit-in, or delivery. My mind can't even comprehend the incompetence of every single employee that works there.

If you order something as simple as a medium double-double, be prepared to wait 10 minutes minimum to have it ready, with most of that time spent with the workers sitting around on their phones; and don't be surprised if the coffee is completely wrong, too.

If you're looking for Tim's, there's locations in the Cundles plaza and down on Johnson and Blake, both locations have much better service

To the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited we went at this store around their closing time on 4th December Sunday we ordered around 8 coffees neither one of the coffees were made properly i ordered ice coffee with extra cream and the coffee wasn’t sweet at all when I asked the girl on the counter did you add syrup in it she replied me in a very rude way I told her it tastes like you didn’t add I asked her to change my coffee or add syrup in it she rudely said no I wish I could see her name and write her name in this we wasted our money.

Placed my order, a tea, muffin and sugar cookie, when I got to the window I was told they didn't have any sugar cookies, which is BEYOND frustrating when you have an LTO and it's never available, but I said I would take a chocolate chip one. She proceeded to collect the same amount in payment. I questioned if the price is the same, she said yes, for me to find out after it is not! You can't over charge customers! I know it's not much but how many other people does this happen to? When I called to speak to a manager they don't even do anything to compensate for their mistake. She tells me to drive back for my change.seriously!? It would cost me more in gas to get there and my time, for THEIR mistake!

Very bad experience. Asked for bacon farmers wrap and got sausage which I dont like at all. Take 1 bite and realised goes completely to garbage. Thanks for making my day worse.

If you go here M-F between 6am -6pm it is wonderful service. Going there on weekends or after those hours it is absolutely brutal service. Coffees don’t get made right, the employees all just stand around, that or their moving at the speed of molasses. Avoid this Tim Hortons on weekends if you expect quick and efficient service.

Sip it, slurp it. Get a hat. Good job. Nice people. Lines too long or drive thru slow. But when you get it's good.

We came at front and waited here for 20 minutes no-one was taking our order. Even being there we were being ignored.soo disrespectful… poor customer service

These young people in the drive through are so upbeat and happy, they are helpful and seem to enjoy serving you. Thank you great job guys

Had an excellent experience in Tim Hortons Kate at the drive-thru was very helpful and friendly. Might be changing my thoughts regarding this restaurant.

Amazing experience, a young lady named Ashlee provided me with excellent service. She seems young but she knows her stuff.

Expect to wait over 15 minutes for anything, even if there is no one ahead of you. Also, don't expect to get what you paid for. Complete incompetence.

Super friendly staff and the music in the background was a cultural touch. You could see that everyone worked well together and judging by the smiles, enjoy thier jobs. Bravo

My tea was well mixed and they gave me an extra cup before i even asked. Food was fresh enough, my husband and i got wraps. Quick service and masks worn properly

It was delightful to be able to sit in Timmies again. The staff was pleasant. HOWEVER, the table I sat at was DIRTY and I had to disinfect myself. Also, they were playing Indian music which was very annoying. I don't speak the language and it's certainly not a "middle of the road" sound to most. I couldn't use NordVPN when connected to the (very slow) wifi.

One of our favourite Tim's in Barrie. The people are always friendly, and they always get our order so quickly even though they're busy every time! Makes our morning better every time:)

They often give me the wrong order, including today when my wife was given three donuts instead of a breakfast sandwich.

Their debit machine goes down often it seems and THEY DO NOT PLACE A DEBIT DOWN SIGN at their drive through. I've been through their drive thru enough times, only to be told I need to use cash that I avoid this location.

I avoid this location as much as possible because they're terrible at fulfilling orders and informing you that their debit machines are down before entering the drive thru.

Very very poor service for a Tim Hortons. I can't imagine how much money they lose from people who know this location. I mean, I live near it and refuse to use it.

Dear owner. If you like money, then correct these things and you'll earn more. If you let there employees Rob you of profit it's your own fault. They're really bad for the most part and don't seem to care about customers.

Maybe if you paid more, you would attract better help. Just trouble-shooting here but when you pay at or near minimum wage, this is what you get.

If you want employees who show up for their shifts and actually care about your customers, pay them what the job is worth. Maybe your profits will also go up. But it's the right thing to do so.until then, you'll never see me again.

The service is terrible.

This location is the worst. It's dinner time and 3 out of 5 times there aren't any soups or chili. Makes no sense. 4 out of 5 times I've gone for a sandwich they won't have the cheese to go with it or potato wedges avail especially at lunch and dinner these things should be abundant and readily avail for these times It's so disappointing when you have a tims right beside you and you have to drive across town to get what you want to order. I hope the manager can train the staff better. They don't put enough cream cheese on your Bagels either.

Highly recommend going first thing in the morning as this seems to be the only time they have fresh coffee. Always kind customer service at this location.

One of the worst Tim Horton locations I have been to. The food is a waste and the staff except for a few are the worst I have experienced.

Line up at the drive thru was extremely slow and tremendously long. I ordered 10 pack of timbits and they were all broken and not very fresh. My dogs wouldn't even eat them!

This one outlet is worst. Not all but some of the staff here is very rude. Especially the one packing the food. Attaching the picture of the hit chocolate which I got. Inspite of asking for the sauce still you don't get it on your wraps. Some staff is very good while some are the worst I have ever experienced. The one on Duckworth and Grove in Barrie is excellent.

What a great group of people. So friendly and outgoing. A great place of warmth in a cold world.

Terrible customer service. They stop serving hot food at 7: 00pm I was told that our ovens are getting cleaned and that will take 1hr: 30mins. And this is not the first time. I said I would like to speak to the manager and was told you will have to call in tomorrow in the morning. Mr OWNER MAY BE ITS TIME TO CHANGE YOUR STORE HOURS. Your employees are MILKING you with that kind you service. I saw the other review for your store where a customer was served FLY as a bonus with potato wedges! I bet you didn't even bother looking into that.

They didn’t give me the full order what i order asking me to drive back not even apologize for what they did, ride manager i think name is kelin or Caitlin. Horrible service

I'm there every morning getting my coffee it's my addiction I don't drink any other Coffee, Tim Hortons is GREAT!

If I could pick ZERO stars I would. Terrible customer service, rushed at the drive through when they are not busy. Poor coffee with inconsistent milk/cream or sugar amounts and grounds in the bottom of the cup or in my mouth. I work at the hospital and therefore it is convenient to stop here either before work or after my night shift. It never gets better. Order sausage, get bacon. Ask for double toasted, get barely warm. People start or finish their day with Tim Horton's, you could at least make their day and add a smile to their face as we all work through these hard times. You should be grateful to have a job and take pride in the work you do!

They've definitely improved with their staff and training and service. I appreciate them calling during the late evening when I place an order if they don't have what I ordered they replace it with something else, I really am happy with the one staff member tonight I wish I got her name she said she wanted to make me happy, and I appreciate that comment a lot.

Since they removed the recycling bins at the drive through and cannot accept empty cups when handing us our beverages we gifted my husband a reusable cup with the proper dimensions to fill a Large Tim Hortons tea in order to save some paper cups. We’ve witnessed the following EVERYTIME since: employee fills a paper cup, pours it into reusable cup and throws away paper cup. This seems really wasteful and pointless imo.
In the spirit of going faster the service has been awful, getting coffee instead of tea 2 times out 10, etc etc.this is the closest Tims on my husbands commute to work and he just avoids it entirely now.

Restaurant was dirty. Garbage cans overflowing. There were only a couple of donuts available and it was only 3: 15 pm.
A blind had been pulled offthe wall and staff left it hanging over table and bench of booth. REALLY not impressed with site or service.

I visited the Hospital and received a great service and hot steeped tea at -21 degrees weather, yeah

I used the drive through. My sandwich was shoved into my hand in a rushed manor with no napkin. Quality and care taken to assemble the food was mediocre at best. 3/5 stars!

Been to this location many times drive through isn’t too bad but that’s because 90% of the staff are on drive through window and only 1 server on the register and making coffee/ drinks for on store customers. This location needs could use new management, I understand drive through times are important but so is good in store customer service, stop having 7 people serving drive through and one poor guy handling in store orders. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 min for a small coffee and muffin with only 1 person in front of me in the store while the other clowns are rushing through people in the drive though to get those lower drive through times. GOOD/POLITE SERVICE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN DRIVE THROUGH TIME

They dint have no grilled chicken or no sleeves for the hit chocolate when it’s always hot they should always stock them up

Messed up my order several time. First giving me the wrong bagel, next ordered sausage breakfast and got the belt instead and missing hashbrown. Wouldn't get make a new order or get the money back. Wouldn't recommend this Tim Horton's to anyone as I've never had a problem placing a order and so much miscommunication.

Been going to this location for over a week now while I wait for my father to finish getting his radiation treatment at RVH. This is by far the worst tim hortons I've ever been to, Its not the long wait times or the fact that your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong that bugs me the most, it's the filth of The place, its truly disgusting. I couldn't believe the DIRT inside this place. Hiw the heck do they pass inspection. Unreal.

Bathrooms were gross and so were the tables. Plus the coffee tastes like old Maxwell house coffee. It was so gross.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in Barrie. Understaffed. Hot drinks usually taste like hot dirty water. Always out of things. I can go on and on about this location.

Cranky staff, I could understand though because there was only 2 people working. BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING!

Went through drive thru. Seemed like only 1 person working. Waited while he served two cars then took order for person in front of me. Then my order, then prepared our orders. I ordered 3 items and each item was handed out separately with a delay between each one.

Ordered the chicken strips with honey mustard dipping sauce. The chicken was overcooked and couldn't chew most of the pieces. The dipping sauce was actual honey mustard in tiny Tim's cups. So very disappointing. Not going there again.

Went through the drive and got a poutine, no forks were given. My husband parked and went in, was ignored by staff for almost 10 mins only to be told they had no forks? The sandwiches we got were rock hard and not editable. Terrible service, terrible food quality, very disappointed!

Service and quality getting bad. Especially the coffee. Always getting it wrong and slaps the breakfast sandwiches together. What a disappointment.

Hate the place. Staff could care less.will avoid any timmys venue. Move it out of RVH. Bring in McDS

Had one of those loyalty card and went there twice and had to ask for how many visits left. Same guy both times, and he seems pretty lazy about everything. Seems like he needs proper training on what to tell about the card. Just told me that it started over and that too i had to ask for it after paying for the coffee.

Horrible service. Went through the drive through. Our coffee cups were wet with coffee on the outside. We ordered food and didn't get any napkins. Dumb kid at the window didn't apologize for the spilt coffee. When I asked for napkins he looked at me as if I was from outer space. This tim hortons sucks.

We started out way off with our order being very much wrong, but because we checked our order before getting far away it was very easy for us to walk in with our order. A person of authority just happened to be the very nice woman who dealt with our complaint. She totally took very earnest interest in how my wife's coffee was made as a tea with white sugar instead of sweetener. Being diabetic this is a huge problem for us, however with very few questions asked she corrected both our coffee orders so very politely. This person, for which I hate myself for not remembering her name, went above and beyond in making this right for us. Thank you.

Two days in a row we went through the drive through and both times I ordered a Sausage farmers wrap with no chipotle. The first day they didnt have wraps so it was changed to a bagel and they seemed to put extra chipotle, and today they just didnt listen and put chipotle. This has happened too many times at this location.

Full pots of expired coffee, and if you ask for a fresh pot you are given a hard time and told it's always fresh.never a good visit.
