We do understand you gave to make fast service but don't ignore what customers are saying they are so rude with customers and dont even give them time to order and just keep on asking again and again why sre they standing and whats the order. This is pathetic service worst staff

Worst tim hortons ever, they gave medium coffee half filled, burnt fruit explosion muffin and, extremely cold Jalapeno savoury.

Staffs are very nice, this location is very convenient, many selections of donuts. However, their coffee specially French Vanilla and Double2x taste bland these days. This is my favourite location as this is very convenient for me but since their coffee taste different from other Tim Hortons, I stopped buying here ️

I felt sorry to the name company name Tim Hortons n it's giving a bad name to customers, it need some a few improvements n renovating things n it need to impress all the customers who's been coming in n out, yeah it look like it got renovated but not enough at all it need more to improve n plus one of the main issue is water on the washroom n the washroom itself need some more improvement n all the chairs n tables needs to be change a better n improve things plus we here we take very serious because we care n support our Canadian Tim Hortons for surely.

Working at Tim Hortons for a good chunk of my early adulthood I learned a lot. The most important one that I learned was customer service, and how to treat customers right. Today as I ordered my items there was an issue and it was handle in the worst way possible. The staff there are some of the rudest I have ever had to deal with. Fix your signs in showcase to avoid confusion.

So disappointed with Tim's these days. We have it delivered via Skipthedishes every morning. They lack consistency, one day your bagel will be cut in half and then the next few days it will not. They have a bad habit of putting two bottoms or tops of the bagel together instead of a proper top and bottom. They rarely put ketchup along with the order even though I have asked over 20 times for it. When we order in the morning, sometimes they are open at 7AM, sometimes not. They do not allow ANY special requests when you order, so if you have food allergies forget about ordering from here or if you want something extra on a sandwich or a bagel forget that too. The coffee is medicore at best, the donuts are OK but not great. For what they offer they are a bit pricey. Breakfast with two coffees, one large, one small and 4 bagels (PLAIN) will run about $22.00 with delivery, cheaper, ($14.00) if you get it yourself. Tim's need to change up a few things to do better, I do not like writing bad reviews and always look for the best but to be honest, I had a hard time even giving them 2 stars especially over the past few weeks performance.

Very rude employee. I just came to store and she directly yelled at me. Then i said i want a doughnut, then again she yelled at me. Her name is IMELDA. Please! Treat people the way you want to. Be treated. NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE

Ice cap refreshing on a hot summer day and the cream puff dream donut is sublime. That made my day.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and first thing in the morning! Ugh! The small lady who works the cashier should switch to night shifts ASAP.

I can’t believe it! I just bought a coffee and they make it with no gloves hands, I had to put my 3.35 dollars in the garbage. I’m offended

I like the convenience of this location but find that the staff do not listen and have basic communication problems when I'm ordering. It seems like the staff don't know the names of the donuts they're selling. If you want to work in the food services, you need to know what your selling.

Very convenient, because it's located inside this very busy subway station. On the other hand it would inconvenient if you have to go into subway just for the Tim Hortons. Very fast service despite the long lines. However, because it's small it lacks the variety and accommodation of the full size franchises.

Located inside the station and not on street level as shown on the map. There are two locations, one before the fare gates and one inside the station. It can get busy with the amount of people getting on the subway and on the bus on street level. These locations does not offer their full menu, only drinks and a small selection of donuts.

Poor customer service. Staff does not really cares about what you need and even very rude.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, went there 6 am sat on my way to work 2 Yong guys behind the counter ignored me for 10 minutes, while one was sitting behind the counter playing with his phone and I was the only customer, rude and useless.

Too many workers running around for there to be such a long line up. One cashier usually. They look disorganized. I think it's because Tim Horton's likes to have a long line up to look like they're good. The donuts are tasteless and so is the food. Tim Horton's used to be good.

Love the fresh coffee, French vanilla is always my best bet and plain timbits. Good customer service always
