The staff is rude and pathetic the order taker literally abused me when I reconfirmed my order. She said did you see the screen when you ordered i think she was so rude. I have dashcam video as well. Manager should take action against this kind of staff
So disappointed in this Tim Hortons. I’ve been coming here almost every morning for close to a year. 3 months ago everything would’ve been made perfectly. How do you guys mess up a TEA? 3 cream 3 sugar. Not 1 cream no sugar, not 3 cream 1 sugar. 3 cream 3 sugar. It’s not hard. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons. The last thing I’d be caught messing up is a TEA.
Messed up my entire order. First my bf wanted a smoothie.they don't have any. I wanted one of their new cold bres.no cold brew! I ordered 2 BELTS, one with no tomato. They both have tomato and NO bacon.
This Tim Hortons is horrible. They have messed up my order on numerous accounts but it is my only option for breakfast in the morning sometimes. A Memorable experience was when I asked for no bacon as I don’t eat pork for religious reasons and they kept the bacon in. When I informed them of this, they just took the bacon out and gave me the same sandwich back. Their customer service is horrible and they are not efficient at their jobs either. Each order takes 10-15 mins even when it’s not busy. Also they are constantly out of food. Every other time I go, they don’t have the basic menu items available. All in all, this Tim Hortons is atrocious, and I would suggest going to any other option if possible.
