Tim Hortons

The worst run Tim Hortons in Brampton.
They don’t listen while you’re ordering, keep interrupting you. They waive there hands for your to slow down in the drive thru because they are more worried about there score then giving you good service.
They always miss items or give you the wrong item.
When you go back they don’t apologize.
I’ve had so many bad experiences here.

This place is amazing! They offered the best coffee and showed the best attitude to its costumers especially the one of employee ranjeet. She is very polite and friendly with the customer. Whenever i am visiting she is always helping me regarding my tim hortons app and offers. Last time when i visited there i had offer regarding free iced mocha cappuccino and she helped me to get it free. She has always smile on her face. God bless her.

I request an ice cap but they gave me an ice coffee. I was not offered a free drink coupon for there mistake.

Hate this location, always understaffed. I always order on app 20 to 30 minutes in advance, and they never make it til i'm there. My break is only 30 minutes and i have to sit in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes cause nothing is ready.

I ordered veggie wrap and they didn’t added all things in it.veggie wrap contains 2 scoop of rice mix and there was not even one scoop in it

They are not giving proper customer service, people are some what rude here, not gaining proper suggestions, if some one is new they should not come here. This is the worst Tim ever I have visited, will not come here again and say not to my other friends. Not at all happy with them. As Tim food is good but customer service is not at all good.

Worst experience. Wasting the inventory of tim horton. Staff don’t even care about the orders.

The girls who work there between 4: 00 pm to 5: 00 pm are worst. That staff doesn’t know how to deal with coustmers and no one is even wearing there name tags. So what happened is we ordered costum cheese grilled sandwiwe requested them to put lettuce in the sandwich but the didn’t put lettuce upon showing them they said we will make new one even though we didn’t ask for new sandwich we just showed them what they did wrong and we start eating our old sandwich and then the shift leader or shift supervisor from yesterday 11-07-2023 at 4.30pm came to us as start asking for old sandwich and she said we can give you new sandwich upon return of old one which they didn’t tell us before when we complaint about sandwich and then we told her we didn’t ask for new sandwic We just wanna let you know what you guys did wrong and them she starts being rude and loud that we need your old sandwich back and she starts screaming loud and we keep telling her that we don’t want new sandwich and that girl doesn’t have any manners she needs to learn how to behave with coustmers and she doesn’t deserves to work at tim hortons please kindly take action against her and upon asking her name she refused to tell her name as well. 0 level service i already complaint about that to coustmer service

I visited in the evening yesterday around 6 pm at the drive thru. The girl at the window was very nice and she helped me in getting the drink as I was confused what should I get. I had a great experience.

Very bad service steep tea was tasteless, I ordered ten piece Timbit only birthday cake she gave wrong order.
Even was in rude behaviour with attitude in drive thru.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life across the world. It’s so underfunded when it shouldn’t be as it’s a franchise. They never have honey, skim milk, or juice to make quenchers. What is the point of this establishment calling themselves “Tim Hortons” when it doesn’t have items that are on their own menu. Another thing is whenever I mobile order, they still can’t find my order or get it wrong. Mobile ordering should be easier and not harder.

Very rude behaviour of service girl, dont know why she was in such a hurry, food was not prepared properly, no sauce in chicken burger, double butter bagel was so dry as if no butter. Completely unsatisfied!

Went today around 6 and no one was taking order they were all standing and talking. No one bothered to take order then a guy came and took my order

Timmy's got my order wrong but what do I expect? I expect for me to be able to drive up to the window they signaled my cousin to stop ️ AND IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL. Lazy workers

I dont know they are putting ice in drink or drink in ice

No Hello or Hi but i heard someone sayin while leaving “Drive through ch var gaye pata ni hunda k scan v karna (tims card) ” bit rude but i guess people (staff) dont have patience. Have some patience.

I tried a couple of times in the evening, no latte, no French vanilla, no white hot chocolate. Mis match orders, good luck. If you order 3 or more, drink you will get surprises

I got always wrong tea wrong food, we are spending money on that, very poor service, need to hire trained staff

This is what they serve for medium ice coffee without ice.isn't it just small ice coffee. LOL what's wrong with u tim.

I visited the drive-thru to order a wrap and coffee, but was requested to park and wait for my order after I paid. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, no one came to deliver my order. I proceeded to go inside and was informed that my order had been forgotten. AND THEN, they gave me the wrong order!

Lol jus avoid it if you’re coming on your break! You won’t have any time to eat.

And then the manager said we did not gave that order. Its good trick and nice play.

Excellent service provided. New review the service is very low at morning time I waited 5 minutes and i have to leave when i didn’t get any response.

This location needs some attention. The service is ok in the morning but afternoon is slow. Their coffee is not as good as other locations. Food is never hot or made properly
They skimp on ingredients like butter, or cream cheese, sandwiches not made with enough toppings and just overall poor quality of food compared to any other location. Not impressed

Better than many Tim Hortons. But dissapointed yeaterday with this egg and cheese sandwich.

Update: getting worse and nowadays they dont have anything to eat on nights.

Very rude behaviour by the staff. The girl named Kamal preet at the counter was very rude. She didn’t heard the order properly and was screaming on us. Please prefer to go to any other place than this

The employees of this tims are alwayd ib a rush. They dont even let the customers finish their order. Very poor service.
