Tim Hortons

No drive thru at this location. I was actually disgusted by the state of the washrooms. I can honestly say that I would never come to this location ever again.

Jaspreet kaur a customer attended on cashier such a very rude and bad customer service i ever seen. Showing attitude without any reason if u guys frustrated from job stay home.

Coffee and food were always fresh and delicious at any Timmy's. Nice staff but small space for order and pick up, also not well organized. Don't have go through option, and not clear which door to enter nor exit.

The advantage in this location:
- They have two machine for self order
- The morning staff nice more than the night shift staff (from my experience)

The disadvantage
- They don’t have drive - Thru
- The store need more clean and renovation

I enter Mississauga at 410 and Eglinton in the morning, stop at the Tim Hortons at Eglinton and Central Prkwy, grab a coffee and something to eat then I have to drive to Starbucks at Hurontario and Eglinton because the Tim Horton’s washroom has been out of order for quite some time.
Is there a shortage of plumbers in Mississauga? Why don’t I just give my business to Starbucks since they have more respect for customers as well they have better plumbers
This Tim Hortons is in a Petro Canada gas station and a Rabba, would it be possible for one of them to GOOGLE a plumber in the area?

I’ll definitely go to Starbucks or any other place that actually cares after the reply I received from Tim Hortons
They asking me to contact customer service after being inconvenienced by their lack of customer service

I don't know why people say nice/friendly staff. Visit there around 10 PM, asking for two medium drinks and 2 donuts. They seem to be pretty rude to all customers. The staff seems not to welcome us.and also, they seem they can't speak any language? They didn't even say: " Hi, thank you, have a nice day" as employees? If these employees or the entire restaurant don't want to work overnight, just close it. People can easily to go other Tims.

Hot inside, aircon not working. Both washrooms were closed and not for use, no explanation given. Coffee served was cold, server cannot understand English.

The staff was friendly and kind-natured. Their customer service was excellent. The drinks and food that I purchased were fresh and great in taste. The best thing is they changed their gloves whenever handling food for vegetarians because, at some other food places, I have seen some staff forgetting to change their gloves. Overall, it was a good experience at this Tim Hortons and highly recommend this place.

I go early mornings once in a while. Tim Hortons food and drink are standard. Nothing spectacular, but at least at this location everything has been well prepared and the coffee is consistent. Staff here are nice and quick.

They are closing the toillete and lock it and when we ask the employee shi tell me somebody in the toillete and im waiting more than 25 min after that some body came and tell her to open the door so shi bring the key and unlock the door
So bad

No drive thru, means they are not that busy.
When I went inside, there were no line but still I need to wait for 15 mints to get a coffee from kiosk machine.
Moreover, I found employees are laughing and chilling and not realizing that they have 6 kiosk orders to complete.
I recommend you guys not to come here if you are in hurry.
Thank you for wasting my time, I hope you will came to know someday that thine is everything in Canada.

Staffs are good and friendly, i love this Tim compared to rest location. My first experience was awesome

You guys can be nice to the people who are coming in night. They are not bad people. Very disappointed. Server was not interested to serve and felt like she was doing a favour to us.

Normally not too busy, donuts stock is normally pretty good. Coffee is pretty bland but it's a decent place to go and sit. Dining area and washrooms kept relatively clean.
