It was ok but have to much on menu for a donut shop only thing they care about is drive thru

They are slow and often get my whole order wrong. Drive thru or in the store its about the. Hope they can improve.

One of the attendants asked me to get out the line because I purchasing too much food. I raised this concern to the customer ombudsman but it seems Tim Hortons didn't care about it. No feed back!

Nice place to stop and get a quick snack and a coffee. Decent in size but gets busy. Has clean washrooms.

We found this location was closed earlier than listed hours and we were refused service even though it was supposed to be open tonight until 11pm. Disappointing

Make sure you get what you order. Even if you let them know that, they won't replace or refund. Their attitude will say 'what we give is what you eat'. Walked out with regret of stepping into this location. 0 star is impossible so giving 1 star. Please go to some other place.

We were group of 16 people and went there and ordered few chicken wraps, few egg and cheese and few veggie wraps. They packed all of them in one bag, and didn’t named it or informed us which one is what Also missed to add one wrap in it, we respectfully went to the person and asked him about the situation. He was very rude to us and said its not my job to name it and he also didn’t gave us the missed one, it was about religious reasons that we didnt wanted to have them together some of us were vegetarian because of religion. This is so rude and insulting to someone’s beliefs. Also one of the other guy in crew kept arguing with us instead of just listening to our serious issue! Please if you can’t serve properly at least listen and resolve the mistake when customers come to you respectfully with this, very bad service! We are also hoing to escalate this to Tim customer service.

We ordered a quiet a few number of wraps. When the order was served it it was without any marking of which wrap was which. We had to figure it out and their was one wrap Missing so we went back to the serving counter to ask the prep person. He replied us with the rudness and no sort of customer service and reply he completed the order, not try to understand and service us.

Amazing service, kind employees that work extremely hard, very delicious food, fast, quick and easy never had a bad experience when going here before so honestly keep up the amazingly phenomenal work and 5 stars!

Certainly not a healthy place to eat. But if you need a decent coffee at a reasonable price, it's ok. Predictably quick service, huge respect for people that work in these places

No toilet paper in bathroom. Ignored my 9 year old when he had to use the toilet and did not provide toilet paper. Not impressed. Never have I ever had to provide toilet paper at a coffee shop to use the bathroom before here. Very dissatisfied

What a poorly managed establishment here! They lock the doors to keep customers out during open hours and have a drive through reaching the street at all times.

Thanks for wasting my time! I left without buying anything and won’t go back!

They were so slow prelaring the orders. They even did not tell us they dont have the bowls we ordered right away. After 10 minutes waiting, we had to cancel our order. No appologies at all!

Zero stars.worst tim hortons i have ever been to.burnt buns. Donuts old.coffee cold service sucks.and attitudes from workers rude.wont go back to elora tims.fergus tims way way way better.update 2 yrs later.no change.still coffee cold can't understand the workers.ya worst Tim's ever. I my step dad owned 6.never ever.and now ham sandwiches off the menu.done going to the elora Tim's.

Confirms my thoughts just reading the other reviews. First time in Elora.messed up the order, forgot the espresso until my husband reminded her, clerk very unfriendly to my husband through drive thru and the final straw after listening to my husband's terrible customer service experience.no milk in my coffee. We are in a hotel. Franchise owner.get it together. Elora is a beautiful town.

Absolutely Shocking! The staff behave as if they are untrained and can’t understand a word not only me but fellow customers. Messed up my order twice today and once yesterday! Definitely won’t be coming back here!

Currently, they suffer staff shortages frequently, and have to shut down the sit-down service.

SUGGESTION: Pay your staff more: we can pay a dime more for our coffees and pumpkin spice.

This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The drive through is randomly closed often. Probably because of staff shortages. Seems like a high employee turnover. If you go in because the drive through is full, it seems like they ignore you. Only ever 1 till open. It took me 15 mins to get a coffee last time. Only 5 people in line ahead of me.

This location only has hand sanitizer and not proper soap in their ladies washroom, which is just vile for a business that prepares food and where people are eating.

This place sucks… half the time I go here the drive through is closed an store is locked in the middle of the afternoon when every other Timmy’s is still open …. Absolutely disappointing… like are u here to serve us or not? ?

Open hours are not accurate. I visited at this location at 5 pm and it’s was closed even though the closing time was 7pm.

Staff couldn't understand anything I was saying, messed up my order 2 times, had no wedges and 2nd time they have messed things up. Won't be back again!
