Excellent food and staff. Can get a bit busy during the day but overall clean and nice.

The best service of all the tim hortons that i know, the administrator and her assistants have the best disposition to attend to the clients congratulations

Chose Tim’s cuz they are supposedly ‘convenient and fast’ right? Wrong. I asked for a bowl. Waited for a while and watched everyone else get their food before me, even those who ordered after. I thought maybe it’s because I ordered a bowl. Well, they finally called my name and handed me a wrap. I told the lady that I asked for a bowl and she barley acknowledged me. I was in a rush (hence why I chose Tims). So I had to take my wrap disappointedly and leave. They earned 1 star because they are at least clean and the place has a nice atmosphere.

October 8th. Cockroach in the bathroom. Great that's what I wanted with my morning coffee. Reported to Supervisor on duty.

The employees at this location are amazing and make the experience at this location probably the best in the city imo. Guru (sorry if i spelled it wrong!) Is so sweet and kind and always has a huge, beautiful smile.
