I have been coming here for more than a decade. Customer service with many employees is virtually non existent. Drinks are very rarely properly made or even mixed. Can't even waste my time with apple fritters anymore. Was given a frozen one and told it was 'fresh' lmao.

Nice medium sized Timmy's location right on Lakeshore.very friendly respectful efficient and enthusiastic guys working.

I've gotten ice coffees without ice for years with no issues. This location will give me a ice coffee with no ice & the cup will be half full.

My phone CCs wouldn't work. The staff remembered my prior visits "used reasonable deduction" said "this purchase is on the restaurant. " I verified later that this was a 'my APP' problem & paid cash later to recompense the earlier technology mistake.

More often than not, they are timely efficient. However, all Tims have a tendency to top you off with 1/4 to 1/3 foam.

When they are 90% + with liquid, drinks are the best.

Struggled to order since the drive-thru person cannot hold a conversation for taking order. Double check with customers if you are not sure please, ordered one ice coffee with two liquid sugar, ended up with two coffee with one sugar in each.

Very Bad experience from this Tim today. The crew prepared me a burned begal for me. I didn’t noticed it at store. I got shocked to see how she roasted the begal when I came home and opened it. Frustrating experience from Tim Hortons. This is bad. Very Bad.

No polite and denigrating people who don't like others. Staff from India working there.

Nice fairly speedy Tim’s. They can have some slow days and can take quite a long time to get just a drink in the drive through but for the most part they’re good seem to be a bit understaffed at times which is probably the reason they can be a bit slow

Staff has been going downhill gradually with people who don't care. Zero comments from the drive through person. No hello, no totals just sticks out the debut machine.

Yum yum in my tum tum. Tim Hortons fresh donuts (especially the boston crème) are DELISH. Plus, the staff at the bronte location is lovely.

I've had to go back 3 times because they gave me the wrong order. Very slow. And with all respect better than basic English is needed when taking orders. And please give napkins to customs. It's a few cents.
