Wasn't a five star review as there was a small communication problem with the server behind the counter. However food was good.

This rating because of staff behaviour on drive thru, even as supervisor on-27-06-2023 morning was trying to protect such staff rather than making’em correct. Howcome they could yell on customer without no reason just bcoz they don’t understand or if so has language barrier which is ok but on customer no right to yell.

Very poor service. I order large and medium French vanilla and espresso shot in the morning around 3: 30am today (2nd June 2023). The guy named Manjeet is very unprofessional he don’t know how to deal to customers. He is not happy to Serve you. And this is the large French I got. When I asked him to use my survey code and Said we don’t have option for that. Seriously!
When I requested him to provide me store code and number, he said you have phone you can find it on internet.
I’m not expecting any satisfactory reply from management as previously I put 2 complaints to manager and seems like she don’t have any experience or she don’t wanna train her team. This location is near to my home, everytime they messed up my order. Honestly guys, plz work on your customer service, if you don’t wanna serve us plz clearly tell us but don’t spoil our morning.

Order farmers egg wrap but it wasn’t grilled at ALL and it wasn’t even wrapped properly. Started my day with disappointment…didn’t expected this.

It was very bad experience with drive thru. My order was so late and i was getting late from work so i told her to give order fast and she was so rude like I don’t have words, she was so bad and said “ you can see we are changing cream bags. Like how could i see everything inside through window that what they are doing.
Literally it ruin my day!

I found eggshells in my farmer’s egg wrap. What a great way to start your day. I know it might not be your fault, but I’m mad at you.

It’s the worst place to get coffee, staff here is so unprofessional and rude and coffee tastes terrible.

Very slow service staff is good but they have not enough worker. Walk in people waiting but nobody took order for long time everybody busy with drive thru customers.if u have lot of time u could go there.

Now a days every time Horton in gta has these Indian students employed they will ask your suger and cream 4 times even then they don't get it right most of them can't speak English

Wait times are too long at this tim. They can’t even handle 3 cars in drive thru even the dine-in was not busy.i am not talking just by visiting 1 day i always visit there while going to work. Worst customer service.

Went in just before lunch time rush. Got my order wrong. Other people waiting long for food orders. Staff seemed in a state of confusion.

The staff is not listening to us while we are giving the order through drive thru and asking to speak loud even if we are speaking louder in the druve thru

Worst experience, scan app for a free ice coffee it didn’t work that’s totally fine I understand there must be a system glitch but the cashier at drive thru at 12: 10am was super rude. I told him that one ice coffee should be free and his response was so rude by saying no nothing is free you want the receipt so rudely. Than i was giving him money in loss change and he refused to take the change and said pay with card cause Tim Hortons don’t take small coins. Does 10 cent 5 cent and 25 cent doesn’t have any value for tim hortons any more? Extremely disappointed! I would not even give 1 star

Very bad service…they never have anything ready on time specially lunch items. Also there food taste very bad and different from other Tim Locations. Very Disappointing

The closest Tim Hortons declined the order for 4 doz doughnuts, so I looked for another and picked this one. The staff on duty were extremely helpful and polite. The order was ready and needed some more items too which were promptly prepared. And turned down a very generous tip too. Next time, I'll call them first for any orders. Thank you team for your kind service.
