Tim Hortons

Was here yesterday even around 5: 00. Horrible service. They charged me and then told me that they did not have the croissants I ordered. They don’t properly heat or toast as requested. They even forget to give you napkins. Horrible staff. The Tim Hortons team should do something about them.

Can't believe this Tims had the chocolate eclairs and toasted chocolate donuts.so hard to find.amazing

The morning men & the blonde female at this location drive thru are very polite & friendly.the other woman is horrible. I'm here 3x a week & always tip $1-$2 for a cpl of espressos. My only complaint is I'd wish they'd start my order right away when there's 4 cars ahead of me. I feel bad when I get to the window & ppl behind me have to wait almost 5mins for my coffees to be done.
(One time someone was smart to ask me to pull up & wait. Since then I always offer this at the window)
I've gone inside but their dine in service is HORRIBLE!

I have been at this tim hortons morning to get my tea On February 28 2023 The girl was very rude in the All I simply said is put tree milk to sugar in my tea And she's like 2 sugar and I'm like no tree milk 2 sugar she's like I said that I'm like you didn't say that and she started arguing with me In the drive-through I went up to the window when I asked the guy Why is she acting like that he said she's grumpy and she came up and started being aggressive and rude So I started to answer her back At this point I was so upset People shouldn't be treated this way I've been going there for months now and I've never been treated this way this is my 1st time No one should be treated this way and I hope there's some consequences to what she did today this morning

I've had bad, rancid tasting coffee here several times, they don't clean coffee machines here.
How hard is it to make fresh coffee?

I’ve never had an experience like this before EVER. I was at the drive through on dec 8th at around 7: 30am, with a long line up. We asked the man who was taking our order for a sm and a med ice cap, with a bagel. My friend and I are both lactose so we asked to modify the drinks at the end before we could even complete the order. However, the man told us we couldn’t change the drinks even though we hadn’t paid yet. He told us if we want it without cream we can pay for 4 drinks. Then we asked him how that made sense when we were still in the drive through getting our orders taken. He raised his voice at us and said that we didn’t make any sense and demanded that we had to pay for 4 drinks even though we had told him we cannot have cream because we are lactose. NEVER in my life have I seen customer service like this before. Normally when people are dissatisfied with their drinks they re make it, but it wasn’t even that case. We never paid or completed our order and we were forced to pay for 4 drinks that we cannot even drink.

They can’t even fill a coffee like 3/4 full this place never ceases to let me down

Update went back again no cream cheese on my bagel. Do you get anything right ever? Worst Tim Hortons in Burlington

I came here around 6: 30 am. Experience with staff was good and our drinks were good too. However the only thing that has bothered me and the reason i am giving it 3 stars because washroom was not cleaned. Wash basin was dirty as it could be

I’ve been coming to this Tim’s hortons on and off for he last 25 years, since when is it ok to block of 2 front parking spots with pylons so the Indian guys that work at Tim’s can park up close. Last I remember employees park furthest away. Next time pylons are going to the garbage. Do better Tim’s and stop hiring punk kids

I've been coming here for more than 1 year, there service is great & staff members are friendly.
Same for the Burrito Boy ;)
