Indians need to learn what's meant by customer service

These Indian are not present in there work I order a London fog and give me a the Chai. I had go back in there and tell they guy. He was " like there reaon why I did that "

Although the deli was extremely busy, they were able to complete my order within a short period of time. The customer service was above and beyond I totally recommend this place.

Staff was slow the small girl took my order and forgot also the potato wedges were not cooked properly and soogy.
I would recommend never visit here

First person at till walked away without saying anything. A younger person came and took. 2 donuts, a muffin, a lemonade and a decaf 1 m 1 s.
Took them about 10 minutes to fulfill this order. Someone asked if we had gotten anything and the answer was no. They played it off as a new hire who didn't get put products to us. Ok, sure.
My wife took a sip of her coffee after we left. Had to turn around and go get a new coffee. Last time we come here. It is getting ridiculous.

The girl at Tim hortons named Gurleen kaur she is very good and polite with customers

It was good experience in this tim hortons. Had a good French vanila coffee and service was also good.

Don't even bother pre ordering bc they won't have your order made even if you wait 30 minutes before you go to pick it up.the amount of times i've waited 20 minutes before going to get my order and i can see it sitting there but no one puts it on the pickup counter is insane so i have to wait in line anyways.

I wish I could give them 0 but their service is 0 they don’t know any customer service.
I order ice coffee with extra cane syrup and they put nothing. I also ask for donuts and they give all wrong donuts.
I have a long trip planned today, and they ruined everything.

Had the staff but service was so very slow took nearly 15 minutes just to get 2 bagels. See ya Tim Hortens on Fischer Hallman and University. Very sad service.

Worst experience ever at tim hortons!
Its near to my home so usually come here everyday in the evening.
A lot of staff just roaming here and there, not taking order and will made you wait for 20-30 mints for just order and then another 30 mints to get the order.
Employees at front always look confused and they do not know how to punch order or made order.
I have been working at tim hortons as manager for more than 4 years, but never saw these kind of slow staff.
Talking about the drinks, always bad. If we order hot drinks than it always not fresh. I can just say from the taste.
Please train you staff or else let me know i can come and train them to provide proper customer service.
They really need to be focused on service, eye contact and greeting the customers with smile.

Being asked by a employee in the drive thru, "what am I looking at" first thing in the morning is a bad start to the day. Very rude service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I went through the drive through just after 4pm and tried to order a breakfast sausage and was told there was no sausage, then tried ordering a breakfast bacon sandwich and was told they don't sell breakfast after 4pm, 2 different employees confirmed this despite Tim Hortons advitising all day breakfast everywhere so not sure why that would be. So after ordering bagels instead not only did the line take a while considering there was only a few cars the bagels were also not cut in half and seemed old.
Not looking forward to the generic generated reply from the owner.

I wish I could give this location a zero but it does not give me the option first day spent 20 minutes at the till waiting for someone to serve me while everybody ignored me then hopped in my vehicle and went to the drive-thru and was served immediately however I was served burnt coffee when I returned the next day hopeful that the burnt coffee situation was a fluke I received more burnt coffee when I expressed my unhappiness with getting served for coffee two days in a row I got told more coffee is not burnt we have a new machine I asked the lady if she's been pacing it and all I got in return was attitude if you guys can drive 20 minutes to a different location to get your coffee in the morning I would highly suggest it

I've been going to Tim Hortons for over 25 years this particular store front is the slowest I've ever been to. I saw the drive through wasn't moving at all so I decided to beat the line by going inside and ended up waiting 25 minutes for my iced cap I couldn't believe it.

Regular Tim Hortons. Parking lot can get a bit crazy, also has a lot of potholes. Door button doesn’t work for the main entry door.
They have oat and almond milk for vegan dairy alternatives which is nice. Pretty quick service, nice staff.

Worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. Can't fill app orders and blames it on a new system; go in to order and they can't understand you or just dint listen as I had to repeat my order 5 times to the first attendant asbd 3 three times to the second before thay got it right

I ordered a veggie cilantro wrap but they gave me a chicken wrap instead i don’t know how hard it is for them to take instructions carefully.

Service is always slow and food is not usually what you order and coffee is not what you ask for, as they either forget the sugar or not enough and times when you go to drink it and the lids almost come off I'd your not expecting it which can result in burning yourself if it's hot

If there is 5 or more cars in the drive-through be prepared to wait 25 minutes, and its not just a one off I've near here and they are always terribly slow. They are supposed to have corporate quota to speed, and this location is easily 5x or worse slower than your typical Tim's, it's absurd. Nevermind they get your order wrong at least half or more of the time. Causing further slow downs, and heaven forbid you were in a rush

I went to drive through at early morning first he told me that they don’t have any bagels. Right after 2 minutes i placed mobile order for the same bagels and he served me. Is it fair enough?

Wrost of all places to have your coffee. They prepared my order wrong at drive thru and I realised only after taking a bite of it after I already left the place and was on my way to my destination. I had to come back and explained them the issue and guy had the audacity to tell me that order can not be refunded since I already took a bite of it. Wtfman? How were I suppose to know? Should I inspect it first? And what you mean by can't refund? Should have prepared me a new order but I still paid for new order and threw old food at them. Not proud of my action but not sorry either. These guy were so unprofessional and shouldnt be working there if don't like his job

They really need to change/train their staff.the staff is super aggressive and always fighting with each other.they talk in their own language which is very rude to the customers.worst Tim’s ever,
