Just order coffee and tea cup warm but coffee is cold wow Tim Horton wow please just shut down this location and stop humiliated yourself

Worst customer service I've ever had at this tim hortons take out. Every single time at night when ever I order coffe through drive thru, the person serving the coffe is very rude. He dont knw how to talk to the customers. Even he is not wearing Tim hortons uniform. Once I thought he is a. Normal person who entered Tim and started serving

Kindly train employees and stress the importance of listening to the customer’s order properly, serving them their item how they like it and actually try to work with a positive attitude. I ordered an iced coffee with extra base, and a orange ginger quencher and received an iced coffee but no sugar whatsoever, also the orange ginger quencher seemed to have been made in a hurry and did not taste good at all. It seems like it was not made with care whatsoever.

I feel that all Tim Horton locations must have garbage bins when approaching the drive thru window. Usually, there is plenty of space available. This way customers can discard the old paper cups properly instead of occasionally throwing them on the side & into the bushes.

Consistently good service and clean restaurant, I go here often. The only complaint would be that when I want to do the “refill” option with my reusable cup, they don’t have a reusable cup to make it in, so I still end up wasting a single use cup: (

One of the best Tim Hortons in Ontario! The drinks always taste good and the food is always fresh. The drive-thru service is very quick.

The night shift is extremely unhappy working here I ordered my drink and requested for a straw and the women working here blatantly ignored me I had to literally wait 10 mins while I was calling her out horrible.

The location states 24 hours and was closed at 11: 10 PM. Lights were on and staff working but stated but told us it's closed.

Bad service.

Everyday after 8pm, they don't everything out of stock then we need to go Thomson location and they have everything available so please please close this location if you don't need business at this place

Every single time I come to the store here for a mobile pick up which I place ahead of time, they always delay my order and make me wait. It keeps happening and I’m done with this location.

Drive through guy was disrespectful. I was just trying to put my phone back to holder after scanning the code. He start arguing you need to go we have timer. Even no one was behind me.

Terrible customer service, manager is rude and kicks people out for not ordering, I was fasting…hence why I can’t order.worst customer service ever. Don’t go to this location if you are expecting great customer service, absolutely ridiculous.

I come here all the time. Everyone is so friendly.fresh food and fast service. Stayed here when I got stuck in the snow in my vehicle cause I work close by.

Date was December 27,2022 and time was around 12: 37am.

Drive thru takes forever at this location! One car can take up to 5 mins. They should tell the car to wait on the side & bring food out, so they don’t halt the line and out to the street. Management should consider that!

The one of the best Tim Hortons store in GTA,
- They are very clean, today i went for dine in and i saw the lady mopping the floor and already the floor so clean.
- the service was excellent and fast even in drive thru
- the worker very friendly and nice
- the quality of the food so good
The store all the time have nicely decoration, as you can see in the pictures

I placed an order for a grilled cheese and the lady did not hear me more than once, when I got to the drive thru window the girl working there gave me roasted beef and I told her that’s not what I ordered but she started yelling at me that I am wrong. Then I asked her if she was yelling at me because I wasn’t sure if that is her normal tone or if she’s being rude and she said ‘yes I am yelling at you’ This was a terrible experience I was disrespected and I advise everyone to go to a different location because even when I was very patient and nice to her she was extremely rude.

Owner of this store is cheap and would not give a birthday treat for 2$ away for someone’s birthday, very sad to see.
