Worst drive thru service I have ever seen in my life. Ordered 1 wrap they charged me for 2. The girl threw my food at me, while the guy was on the phone. I grew up around this neighbourhood and it was never this bad. Not the first time my food was thrown on the counter either. Please don’t hire people without relevant Canadian work experience. Service around the whole country is deteriorating in every industry because of a lack of Canadian work experience from employees.

I have ordered one veggie wrap and got the chicken wrap instead. I did not have time and have to go to the work. Unethical staff. Please change your staff. This is happening twice with me.

Going to this Tim’s for the past two years and never have I seen a single staff member smile. There’s only one person working there who’s generally nice but all the other staff members are rude if you bring up a concern. Once I went in there and said to make sure the sandwich in the meat was cooked because it wasn’t properly last time I got it and saw the person making the sandwich not put cheese in it. When i went back to tell them there was no cheese on it they told me the cheese was in between the roast beef slices and made it look like I was the blind one there. Worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced, everytime in this place. Also, you’re never gonna see this place clean.

Not too huge, but reasonable seating both inside and outside. Good place to chill out with a cold coffee under the sun

Great stop and coffee is good. I say this because not all Tims have the same good coffee.some places waters down

Philthy location all the garbage overflowing, washroom gross. Never go to this location seriously.

The board outside says 24th but we were here today at 2.45 and and the dine in and drive through both were close

Went there for coffee, they only had decaf, not regular neither dark roast. I am not sure how they justify being a coffee shop while not having any

I think the coffee tastes different from other Tim Hortons.different as in it tastes like not fresh… and also got hashbrowns not fresh 2 times…

I've been here hundreds of times (like the subway across the street) since I live relatively close to here. The staff if extremely nice and positive, and relatively quick waiting time for your food/drinks. Donuts seem to be made daily as they've almost never been stale and almost always seemed fresh along with the timbits. The food, drinks, and donuts taste quite good compared to other tims I've been to. Its kept clean inside although outside is not as up kept. It's an overall positive environment although at times it can be quite noisy and busy as its a common gathering ground for school kids because of its proximity to multiple schools. There is a parking lot and drive thru here, just be aware that the parking is really limited and the drive thru is small and full of tight and sharp turns.

Overall a positive and solid fast food place, although I have been to better downtown, if you're willing to wait a bit longer.

Hey Tim Hortons! This is just getting so ridiculous. The following stores apparently have ALL their espresso machines broken each time we visit.
What's up with that? !
Maybe consider changing the supplier of this machine if it's broken ALL the time!

Monday 9th January, 2023 4.30 pm. Met a friend for coffee.
The restaurant was still in the same state as my previous visit. Change the management. The garbage bins are still overflowing.
Kids taking up the tables and making a mess and loud and not eating or drinking there. There is no supervision.
Are the garbage bins supposed to be overflowing?
When you eat in a restaurant, first impressions are most important. You enter the restaurant and first thing you see is the garbage cans overflowing onto the floor. I am a retired chef and when you see this, it makes you think how clean and sanitory the kitchen is. Disgusting. Think about it. It shows that management really don't care what cliets think

They havn’t accept coupons and start arguing with me. Staff don’t know how to behave with customers. This tim needs new hiring specially young ones atleast they know how to deal with customers.

This place is be coming filthy as days go by. Garbage overflow and on floor.lack of higiene is incredible.tables not wiped, floors not swept.terrible.

The drive-thru is bust which keeps the in-store customers in long queue.enough space for sitting. Last time I was there, they were out of some products.
