Tim Hortons

So i have been coming to this location for few weeks now and the Drive through staff is horrible, why are they asking me to readjust my car every single time its rediclulas
And when asked why should i go back and adjust when i can pick up my order perfectly fine NO ANSWER
Do not recommend this location

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding of the order and I wasn’t able to use the offer on my phone and was told the offer wouldn’t be usable for 30 minutes after the failed attempt. The visit ended in me getting less food than I had originally planned.

I am a regular person at Tim Hortons for my Medium Triple Triple, and Chocochip Muffin. But experience with this restaurant was very different and amazing.
This branch of Tim is Lucky to have Ms. Premi in their team. Her Empathetic attitude in dealing customers is an amazing aspect towards Personalised Customer Service.
I wish her The Best for her Career and Personal Life.

The atmosphere is quiet, it's a good place to have some personal time. Not to mention that the food and drinks are best.

I have been going there regularly and since my last review, the service quality has dropped significantly.

Low food rating as I don't eat the food just get the coffee so I can't judge the food.

Drive through means fast service but on the other side it doesn’t mean customer will get food with missing items.
I paid almost $35 this morning but came home 2 bagels missing so frustrating

This is the worst one. Members don't care customers. On March 16,2023 at around 12.30 pm, I made my order and kept waiting to have my oder to be delivered. Around 5/6 members were gossiping themselves.when I asked about my order, one of them asked what my order was. It was disappointing to notice they forgot my order even though that hour was not busy. I noticed they just kept gossiping.laughing.being a regular I often notice this type of occurence there. My kind request to the owner to take care of this so as to value customers because no business can sustain without customers. Thank you

Sorry to say but,
You should hire them who knows the menu very well.
I asked for ice cap and she gave me black coffee without sugar. Andeven she was not understanding what i want i asked her whipped cream and she don’t know what is that item is.

Closing time is 10: 00 PM but here I am writing this review at 9: 35 PM standing outside the locked doors.

This location is in a very bad shape. Seats and tables are all worn out. Floors were dirty as well. Garbage bins were full but thats was kind of understandable since I visited around closing time.
