Went in for cofee in person was in line took ten minutes for one coffee but whole drive thru of ten cars was finished before i got my cofeee

A box of 6 donuts costs $11.60. I can get a box of 12 donuts from Krispy Kreme for $14.75. Better value and much better donuts at Krispy Kreme folks.better coffee too.

Honestly this is one of the worst Tim Hortons in Etobicoke. They always run out of items, half the time certain machine don’t work, their drive there staff are SO IGNORANT and RUDE. I just sat online for 10 minutes ordered only to get to the window and have them tell me that their debit machine is down. And this is not occasionally this is ALL THE TIME. I try and avoid this location at all cost but occasionally have no choose but to visit this one. This place went down hill real fast since certain employees left. Do better.

I purchased a medium coffee, earl grey tea, a farmer’s breakfast sandwich, sausage & egg sandwich, and 2 donuts.

Farmer’s sandwich: I received this item in separate pieces, with no sauce.

Medium coffee: I received this item with a cup that looks used. Coffee lid would not stay on and the rim was unfolding.

Donuts: stale

On top of these errors, I was overcharged.
I have to take another trip to receive a full refund later on today.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Head office will be receiving my call.

Decided to visit the drivethru of this establishment on Tuesday April 27th around 3: 30pm. I ordered a medium coffee and when I got to the window I was given the wrong order. Not only was the order wrong but they refused to acknowledge they charged me for the wrong order allowing me to drive off without properly refunding the difference they owed me.

I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t believe the lack of attention or care the employees had at this location. Definitely will not be returning here.

Very Poor Customer service. Management needs to retrain the employees cause they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Servicie is ok but drive thru is very slow only one person attending at drive thru they sould have more peploe working to make it faster but other than that its ok servicie i dont blame or judge

I've had the opportunity to deal with Tim Hortons by working 20 yrs in various stores they have to focus on customers and service (It is not a gas station. They need to focus on there service more and not count how many seconds it takes to get your order out. In morning it usually the first face you see.is one of the service individuals and they should meet them with more enthusiasm not just next in line

How do you expect me to get food from this location while I cannot even wash my hand before eating. Most of timmy locations have open washrooms.

Had an exceptional breakfast sandwich once, other times have been alright - though it seems to be better than other Tim's I've been to.

The staff there would try to short change you. The screen that shows your order is always off, so you wouldn't know if you are paying the right price or not.

This Tim’s is the worst Tim’s in the south Etobicoke area. Staff need to be trained properly with the new rewards system. I was told 3 times with confidence that I should get the reward points even after questioning if I will get the points after they punch the total in the pin pad. Regularly Out of hash brown in the morning and even out of the crispy chicken. Needs better management.

Worst ever tim hortons branch i have ever come through.

I never got a proper coffee taste at this branch, they mess up every time. ARE THE STAFF SERIOUSLY TRAINED TO MAKE FOOD? Today my bagel was over burnt with minimum possible cream cheese. I feel sorry for myself for coming to this branch.

Dear management, I LOVE TIMs but these guys are spoiling the affection I have with tims. They don't know how to process mobile order, the other day one service person mixed milk as he wished, not as per the measurement or my wish. WE NEED THE AUTHENTIC TIMS please!

This is the ONLY location to put one tea bag in a large London Fog and after one sip thru the whole thing away.

The rudest bunch of people I've ever come across at a restaurant. This location is a joke. They screw up your order. No customer service. Its literally the easiest job and you can't even do it? !

I don't recommend ordering the box of coffee at the drive through. I have tried it twice, but wouldn't have done it the second time if I had remembered my experience from the first time before hand.

Service is bad, used to be great and down staff are still great but overall this place has dropped the ball too many times. Don't get my reward points so why wood I continue to go back there? Not worth the hassle. New owners I think but I may be wrong.

Today I bought a dozen doughnuts and I saw a cockroach crawling on the doughnuts and this person expected me to still take it and I said no I don’t want it anymore and they still expected me to take it never going here again
