Tim Hortons

Establishment regardless of location has been steadily dropping since it's American take over. They love to try and capitalize on their Canadian roots, but Canadians see right through it.

It's subpar food, served in tinsel lined stores, served by under paid over worked student who simply don't care.and why would they.

Update:
I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness at this place, the table was sticky and dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy and smelly. Only the coffee was great.

There should be option for 0 stars! Public be wary of this location. Seems they are being cheap and don't want to provide hand soap in the washrooms.
Absolutely no soap!
I left the washroom (without being able to wash my hands) and went to the counter to let them know. They responded that they don't have any soap and it won't be coming in til tomorrow. I said I would like some soap to wash my hands. Again the response was they don't have any. I said you have soap in the back (from the ones at the employee sink), grab a cup and fill it with some soap so that I can wash my hands. They did that, reluctantly though. After I finally was able to wash my hands properly I came out to ask for someone in management but it turns out one of the girls I had spoken to was supposedly the supervisor. She said they don't have soap and that one of the girls is new.not sure what that has to do with anything. I mentioned before and wanted to reiterate again that no soap in a bathroom especially one in a restaurant is a health violation. I said if there is no soap til tomorrow then someone needs to get some pump-soaps at least in the interim. The three individuals seemed to find the situation humorous with snide smiles at one another. While asking for the manager’s information and again stressing the health violations one of them came up with 2 full soap refills? ! Suddenly they had some? Did I blink and tomorrow came? What happened to no soap til tomorrow. Absolutely shameful! So since 2 were brought out I can only assume the men’s washroom didn’t have any as well. Definitely wouldn’t surprise me. So the only conclusion I can draw is that since most of the Timmy’s are under different management these days is that they are being cheap on purpose. There is a 100% difference in the way they run and the cleanliness of the establishment both in the washrooms and restaurant area. (Btw the bathroom was gross as well! If you’re too lazy or cheap to keep the washrooms decent then at least there has to be soap. There can’t not be soap in public bathrooms/restaurants.)
Region of Waterloo Public Health has been notified. This was the last straw. Tim Hortons has lost me as a customer. It is not what it used to be.

This location continues to degrade, with new Point-of-sale terminals the customer can no longer see what they are ordering, leading to mistakes in one's order. As well, much of the seating was removed, killing it as a nice place to meet friends. If there are people in the drive thru they get priority while walk-ins get to wait with little customer acknowledgment from the staff. The Downtown Kitchener location is much nicer, check out that one.

It smells really wierd and the service was poor.
Ordered for wrap and they had no wrap.
Washroom was very untidy.

I had the best toasted bagel with cream cheese at this Tim's, not sure what they are doing here, but they should be the template/rule on how to make that item in all their stores. The coffee was also good and so was the customer service. Very nice and clean store.

One of the worst tim Hortons I've been to. I would say 4/5 times one of the coffees ordered are incorrect. It doesnt help they write the coffee order on the lid in their native language. Orders come quick, but usually wrong.

The trainiee was nice buy was having issues and there was no one around to help him.the supervisor was there but not actually there she seemed to not really care not interacting or anything and when made a mistake she didn't apologize or anything just made a new thing handed it out

Service person was very snippy.food had some Tim Bits borderline fresh. All of the 4 chair tables were taken up by students doing their home work, leaving no seating for more then 2 people in a group.

They allow people with dogs that are not service dogs. These dogs get everywhere and are sitting on the seats. Tables barely are cleaned anyways so I guess it doesn't matter

Service was pathetic long wait no smile on face rude behavior. Need to give them customer service workshop.

Staff have zero work ethic and no sense of urgency. Took nearly 10 minutes just to get a large chai tea latte and a bagel toasted with butter and I was the only person in line when I came in and when they took my order. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been severely disappointed by the service times which seem to be unique to this location. Update: After finally getting my tea and bagel (tea had a tea bag in it) the chai tea latte seems to be a cafe latte with a tea bag in it. I do not understand why the staff wouldn’t be trained to make a chai tea latte. It’s just a chai tea bag, vanilla syrup and steamed milk. I’m quite upset with my visit. I was the only person in line when I placed my order inside. It makes no sense that it would not only take so long but that my order would also be incorrect.

The staff is generally rude and very rushed even when there is nobody in line. They serve black coffee as espressos as well. I like Tim Hortons but this is the worst location I've visited.

Coffee was good, walked in and stood there while young lady was having a full-blown conversation with a gentleman. She looked over a few times prior to serving me, then radioed someone else to make my coffee, and I still had to wait. Three stars as the coffee was fresh and tasted good. Dropped 2 stars, try to get a date on your time not mine.

Great place, staff is very friendly and courteous. One of the better Tims I've been to.

The place is always understaffed with incompetent employees, they always get my order wrong. If you aren't going through the drive thru, you can expect wait times of 10 minutes or above. On weekdays, the whole place is swarmed with kids skipping school for KCI, always loitering and making a scene. Would not recommend going here unless you have unbelievable patience.
