Tim Hortons

It's a nice place, we enjoy having coffee there. Unfortunately it is closed for renovations right now. Only drive through is available.

Asked for turkey sandwich.was told it’s a turkey club.said OK that’s fine but please remove the bacon.spoke to 2 people at the drive thru.the turkey sandwich was received, with bacon … and a long strand of hair.hair nets should be compulsory

Worst experience ever had in Tim Hortons,
Rose, she was so rude, not professional at all. I don't recommend getting service by her.

When to take my son for a donut and there were 4 donuts and there was vary little available. Store seemed busy. Another customer was asking questions and the staff said they were not trained. He also ask for the manager they said not here he asked for a number for the manager and was told don't have one. In all experience at this Tim Hortons.

If the girl with purple and blue hair is the one making your food then you may aswell assume it’s been half torn up in the process or made incorrectly, me and my family members go here daily and i don’t think I’ve ever seen her do a single thing right. She’s rude and just genuinely doesn’t care about what she serves you or how she does it.

Ordered a decaf got a regular coffee, was up all night. Will never go to this hortons again

3rd time in a week to try to order chili at all different times of day lunch/dinner and none avail. Sigh.

Prev review:

Solid location usually friendly staff generally pretty efficient

Busy in the mornings and lunch - big commuter and seniors crowd

Drive thru usually busy at 5 but dinner time inside and evenings quiet so a good place to relax or study

Newish decor some seats have sockets to plug in devices

Bench seating in some sections of the dining area

Bathrooms generally ok

Reasons for 1 out of 5 stars:
• looks nice and is clean
• always slow
• the Tim Hortons app allows for curbside pickup at this location. But apparently they don't do curbside pick up. I waited for at least 10 minutes in the parking lot. Eventually I brought my crying newborn baby inside and asked if my food was ready and they had it on the counter waiting. The girl working said they don't have curbside pickup. I said that their app offers it and it would have been nice if someone even peeked outside to check for the customer with the described vehicle on the receipt. I asked if somebody could help me carry the food to the car so that I take the baby. I tried to plan this pickup but it definitely backfired. As I waited, many customers came to the door, saw how big the lineup was, and left. This location is losing on lots of business due to service times and customer flow management.
• my previous visit included a long wait for a sandwich that was on a modified bread as per their request because their lunch bread hadn't come in yet. I walked four employees watch another employee make it.they were all standing around doing literally nothing but watching the other two employees manage the customers. And my sandwich on modified as per their request was wrong. The customer in front of me left without ordering once they found out there was no lunch meat when ordering at the counter.

If I were the business owner or manager of this location I would want to know these things.

As a customer, I recommend others go to another location.

Please change the curbside option on the app.

Usually always wait at this location, employees are friendly but not very guest oriented, I often have to remind them to scan my rewards card and ask what the total is.

Terrible employment, always new people working because management is so bad. Can't make any of my drinks right (forgetting to mix and forgetting ingredients)

For the most part, pretty good with staff and their products. Huge let down with how many people they have at the till behind the counter. Line up gets 10 people long and still one person taking orders at the counter versus the 5 they have at the drive through window.
