The staff was friendly and attentive however, not a place to sit down and eat. Its pretty much take out.

Not a bad spot but the it's really slow right now I know they are understaffed but it is crazy I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru one day for two large coffees

10 minutes for a single coffee while entire floor staff works on one take 12. Terrible flow

One of your employees named Alina (short blond girl) in the drive threw was rude and with lack of attention. She was more concerned with some boy she was talking about drinking with then her customers. I understand this is a minimum wage position but employees should at least focus on there job and not making after work plans

Well organized and structured service. Suggestions would be use stanchions for "crowd control" as it gets crowded and confusing as to who is waiting for what.

One car out of the slot where you cannot leave took me 20 minutes to get to the microphone at which time I was told to wait. I have now been here nearly 25 minutes and there's still one vehicle in front of me to get to the window. Full half hour to get a coffee and a doughnut.

It was not too busy when I went there but the people working were not serious about their job. They took forever to take orders. There were so many employees there but I could hardly see 2-3 of them working. Rest were busy in their own world, they did not care about the customers who have been waiting from quite sometime.

Perfect place to put a gas station as there are otherwise no stops in my trip to Collingwood. The Timmy's is clean, but the payment area for gas/goodies is ghetto looking! Be careful getting in and out, it's busy.

This Timmie's is in the Esso gas station it has a drive thru and it reminds me of the TV show Corner Gas
