I like my regular Timmy's in Brockville. You get to see the familiar faces so gives it the welcome feeling

Disgusting service I never had a problem before but today the girl accused me of not paying for my 2 coffees then she hands me 2 coffees but they were tea didn't know till I got home

I can't think of her name I think it's Sophie I could be wrong the manager I spoke with today said her name but I can't remember what she called her a lovely young girl, very patient. Very understanding even customers have a router she still smiled and said yes ma'am no sir awesome, that's the kind of service we need. We've missed that for so long well done my friend like I told the manager if I can give her a tip I would give her one right now she was fabulous.

They always have chocolate milk, walnut crunch donuts or most everything except apple fritters once in awhile but its because they are in the top 3

Bathrooms are clean.only reason to EVER stop at any Tim Hortons. Their food is terrible in taste and quality, You are lucky if they actually have everything you order. Go back to only coffee and donuts.seems to be all you can handle. This the complete company.not just this location.

I discovered Tim's double Espresso coffees a while ago, served in their small cups, and they often rescue me on the road around 3pm, when I don't want a medium or large quantity to sip, but rather I need a good kick to stay awake. Plus the usual friendly smile!

Very slow. Employees are more interested in having a conversation with their friends than serving customers and then when you finally get someone, they’re rude.
