The Asst. Manager Michelle told me in a snerky voice she cannot help me with my order, for "inventory purposes" she cannot serve me at all.

Hey there, I hope someone sees my compliment, I did make an order on 04/04/23 at 11: 21 PM.it's very simple
A medium hot dark rose with three cream
He gave me a cold, dark rose, I asked him again, please. Can you change my drink? He took it from me and I don't know what he did, but he gave me again the same as my drink. To be honest, I don't trust anyone there anymore. Thanks for your service

Ice cap was ok and so was the cruller a little stale but not terrible. The atmosphere honestly creepy not staffs fault just really bizarre customers.

Drive through is horrible at times. They need to be better organized to handle drive through. Been here for over 10 minutes and still haven’t been through

I ordered from Drive thru a french vanilla (10: 23) and it was just hot water. It was competely ridiculous. The service was slow as well. Never gonna come back again. The white girl was taking the order and she even didnt listen me properly. I confirm twice that whether they have french vanilla or they are out of it. But she didnt listen and asked us to approach to the window. It was the worst experience ever.

If you dont have proper or enough stock of something then please dont waste anyones money.

If I could give this branch zero stars, I absolutely would. The cups are always dirty and never properly closed. They do not even bother wiping the spills.

Not the first time but never want to get really frustrated with Tim Hortons on Monday morning
Placed an online order and when went to pick up I can see the coffee is oozing from the lid
They could have just wiped it to look good but never bothered
No cup holders or tray unless asked for
And DD is too much sweeter than regular time spoiling my day
I assume they need to focus more on customers

Coffee was okay. The donuts were awful
They must have been at least 3 days old! Management must think they make more money but I won’t be back at this location, that’s for sure!

Just ordered a southwest wrap and it had two of the smallest pieces of chicken, and barely grilled. Female worker who prepared threw a paper around it and gave to me thru window.no bag, no napkin.disappointing to say the least!

Excellent place to eat and drink something very good and at a very good price. Highly recommended.

The 1 good thing was we were able to get coconut Tim bits which we haven't seen in a while, The service didn't have any adult supervision, seem like teens were running everything they did ok but when we came back within a minute to the cashier we didn't get any service for a few minutes

Didn't have any chilli even though it was lunchtime and didn't let me know until after I ordered and paid. Sat by the fireplace because it was so cold outside but it doesn't even have heat. Disappointing!

Its the same can't sit and eat there, only the staff can sit and eat. Half the time you can't use the bath room. Not a good place for children

I use a cane to get in no problem
They still have space to prevent the jerms that could cause covid problems they are aware of any problems that that can keep people safe

Terri was amazing. I'm totally won over back to the Tim Hortons brand. The lobby and restrooms were spotless. The staff move like lighting but I always feel they move gracefully. I'm thoroughly impressed. 8/5

Ordered 2 fruit explosion muffin s got home and they gave me a fruit explosion muffin and a banana nut muffin

Soup is advertised everywhere and whenever I ask which are available, chili is the only consistent option.
