Tim Hortons

Did I get someone else’s drinks and only my bagel? I don’t understand. I normally would just take a badly toasted bagel and call it a day but that on top everything else I received is a complete disaster. I don’t even know what these drinks are? They look like coffee but smells different. I’m missing a latte and cookies. How do you drop the ball that hard?

The washroom is smelling and garbage everywhere in the store. The manager and staff don't car about the store

There is an Asian guy with glasses. He was really rude when I ordered. It seems like he didn't know how to provide good customer service. He doesn't deserve this job.

First review and wish it was a good one.

Mothers day 2023 6: 40ish AM. Order included a Sausage Belt on an everything bagel. Fruit explosion muffin, M DD. M Toffee Latee, M 2C with vanilla.

At time of order I was clear I wanted sausage as it's for my wifes mothers day breakfast, I also ordered a latte which I never said was iced.

Get to window, I see an iced latte, say no, hot latte. One kid blames the other, no one can take responsibility. So get my hot latte, hand tray out, no have a good day, notta just silence which I was ok with cause I don't have my food. So 2 mins goes by, kid opens window and stares at me and I say, food! I need my food. Again silence, gets me my sandwhich hands it out, window closes. Again, 2 mins window opens he's staring so now I'm annoyed and say muffin! So he gets that hands it out, no sorry, no words. This is just crazy bad service!

As someone who worked 4 years at tims in high school the service these days is horrid. More training is needed! These " Karen" videos that pop up, have to say, I get some of their points

The worst part:
To discuss my yesterday's horrible experience Someone by the name "Salma" called me today Apr26th thrice on my mobile at 4.47pm, 4.53pm and 4.58pm, from an Unknown Caller Private Number.
She Didnt leave any message on my Voice Mail. I didnt pick up twice as it was an Unknown Caller Private Number. I Picked up on her 3rd consecutive call attempt.
She Claimed to be the 'Manager' of this Store. She was absolutely Non-Understanding, Didn't Show Any Empathy At All. Didn't Apologize Even Once for my yesterday's horrible Experience. Rather 'Bluntly' said 'We are Not Bound to Carry' those items at the time you want as these are "Optional Items". What!? For Heaven's Sake it is Evening time / Dinner Time 6.30pm - when do you want me to have a Cheese Tea Biscuit or a Cheese Croissant with Tea or Coffee? If not at 6.30pm then when? At 11 am in the morning when I'm at work or at 2.30am late in the night when I'm fast asleep?
I really admire her remarkable Intelligence and Common Sense. This So Called Manager too Needs to Undergo Training in Customer Service.
When the Manager Exhibits "Terrible" Customer Service, what can you expect from Subordinates and Staff?

Today April 25,2023 at around 6.30pm at Dinner Time,
I had the Worst Experience Ever.
Cheese Croissant and Multigrain/12 Grain Bagel were Not Available, Cheese Tea Biscuit Not Available, 1/2 of varieties of Doughnuts were Not Available.
This is supposed to be a 24hr Store and 1/2 of the items Arent Available At Dinner Time? Racks are Empty?

Moreover the Staff Member Ms Raman was Very Rude, and Highly "Argumentative"! She Exhibited Poor CustomerServiceSkills. She thus needs to undergo Training in Customer Service, here in Canada.
1st Principle of Customer Service is, "Never Argue With Your Customer".
And then she says, "We don't bake anything after 3pm"! What? ! Isn't this a 24 hr Store?

After a long time, I had a good experience, yesterday Apr 11, after 7pm. All items were available for supper.
Madix if I' m not mistaken was the Staff member who provided Excellent Service.
Keep up the good work!

Did not have steeped tea, donut was rock hard (Its only 8am?), had to wait 5min extra in drive through as the machines went down.

No problems with this location. Standard Tim Horton's. Priority on drive thru drives me crazy, but that's the only real complaint.

They gave me a incomplete order i saw it when i came home no hashbrown and croissant was not grilled very bad service i waited there for like 15 minutes to get the order

Forgot hash brown in the meal, so had to wait in line to ask for one, but other than that it was fine

This is honestly the worst tim hortons I have been to. The wait time in the morning when people are trying to get to work on time is absolutely unacceptable. 25 minutues just to get a coffee (i was the 3rd person in line) like seriously! The line up was through the door and you have only one person 'in training' DURING RUSH HOURS doing it all by herself. Management are you really that dense and can't schedule people properly during peak hours?

Too crowded and long lines. They only pay attention to the drive thru and don't care about customers inside the store.
Food and drinks are the same as every Tim Hortons

It shows Dine-in hour and Drive-thru hour all 24 hours. When I got there tonight, the door was close. I walked to drive-thru window, the employee told me that he couldn’t sell anything to me because I’m not drive my car! How stubborn and unprofessional those employees are! If the restaurant or employee can not be able to do 24 hours, just change the schedule time in app and map! Do not lie to customer.

I've got my coffee dripping on all over my clothes and i was wondering why?
So someone tried to see whats the prize in the cup and didnt like it so they put it back dripping.

This was on saturday at 10: 15 am and i can tell who made my coffee too

On Monday March 20th at 12: 25 AM I ordered a small French vanilla there was foam all over the cup and the lids, I asked the employee to get another one instead he just but another empty cup and give it back to me. Worst service I’ve ever had from tim Hortons, bad communication.

The onlying I enjoyed was the bathroom dryer, the bacon wrap I ordered looked so small in the wrap packaging. The paint is peeling of the bathroom doors and the women washroom toilet had ashes on it.

I don’t recommend the coffee from Tim Hortons unless you put enough cream and sugar to hide the actual taste of the coffee. Additionally all Tim Hortons generally smell terrible of strong egg. This Tim Hortons is very dirty as well. The location of this Tim Hortons is amazing.

The customer service was great and I love my Tim hortons tea daily. I love the weekly offers on the app and enjoy the farmers wrap
