I went to drive threw and ordered a coffee, and waited 25min in the line for a coffee and chocolate chunk cookie (that looked like unbaked poop). I decided to go inside and return the cookie & all 5 staff was just standing there doing nothing.it was a very unpleasant seen as I have never seen such poor quality control, disoriented & classless customer service within any other Tim Hortons.

Ordered here today and the lady at the window handed me one coffee when my order was much larger.
When I explained to her that there was an iced cap and donuts in my order she argued with me saying she had asked me.
Firstly there is no need to lie.
Correct the customer’s order and do so with an apology.
More training obviously needed at this location.
Will avoid this location in the future

Asked the uber driver about the empty spilled coffee. He said the tim's employee were not competent and while handing over the package were not careful despite the uber driver asking them for the same. I paid for 2 large coffees. The photos speaks for itself of what I got. I understand thay its night shift and the store might be busy but this is unaccepatable.

BUGS IN THEIR FOOD.
I came here on March 26,2023 and I ordered a medium steeped tea double double and a toasted coconut donut. The donut had a MOTH inside of it. I went immediately back to the tim hortons to speak to the manager about what had happened. He assured me they’d get in touch with me ASAP, yet it’s been over a week now and not a response from them about what’s going on. Unprofessional and clearly very dirty place considering there was a bug in my doughnut. March 27, I was supposed to meet with the manager and he said he’d give me a call around 9-10 am and he’d let me know when to come in, yet he didn’t call and I had to go in on my own. I also complained to Tim Hortons directly, and they didn’t reach out to me yet either. I’m extremely disappointed with Tim Hortons. It has gone extremely downhill, and they clearly do not care about their customers as well.

I cannot get enough of Tim Hortons Coffee. It is Fabulously and Uniquely Good!
The Personnel is very Professional and on-the-ball. The Service is Fabulous. I am Highly Pleased with everything, including, the variety of muffins, the donuts, the Tim Bits, and more. Tim Hortons is The Household Name, and is The Coffee Place To Go To At First Hand and Without A Second Thought.

Got my order incorrect. Then the girl proceeded to blame me that I did not hear her when she confirmed my order at the window. She was extremely rude. Will not go back. All the businesses around here now go to McDonald's for coffee because of the lack of service here. Guess I'm joining them. Need to rethink your staff.

No issue with the food, but the orders are always taken wrong. How does a " sausage biscuit" become an egg and cheese biscuit. Better service at Dixon and 27 but 10 minutes out of my way.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I waited 25 min in a 5 car lineup. Made me late for work when I was 15 min early and once your in the lineup there is no turning back

Great staff especially the morning staff. When i get my break after workimg on the hyrdraulic systems for the Arm Forces Dreadnaughts, i come here for a good brew and a few breakfast sandwhiches.

The staff names Harpreet Didi and Annabelle were extremely kind and were over ecstatic when serving me. They made me feel so welcomed. I love it!

Your always going to have me coming back for those early morning breakfast! They are so yummy and freshly made.wow! Delisoso!

The drive thru was extremely slow. We ordered a coffee and a quencher. They got both orders wrong and we had to wait while they made the right orders. Not sure what happened but it wasn't the best experience I've had at Tim Hortons.

Not the best service and the steak and cheese sandwich I ordered wasn't good and was full of mayonnaise. The smores donut was ok though. The entrance is weird too. You have walk through cars in the drive thru to get in. Never again.

The girl on drive thru on may 6 in the morning, was not good. If I am asking for some sauce on the side, it doesn't mean I don't want anything in the wrap. I have to say one thing many times. I used to order from here but it never happens before. I was so disappointed in early morning because of this. Please try to put trained or experienced staff for drive thru. I ask for the cheese but there is no cheese in sandwich.

The amount of times they have either messed up a order or just can’t make the food properly is shocking. It’s like these people challenge themselves to mess up every order while doing it blindfolded. The drink and food are poorly made. I would rather go to the gas station Tim Hortons then this place.

This is absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER order anything from here again. Today around 3pm I went to this location. I had a coffee coupon on me. I decided to order a medium French Vanilla. As soon as I had given my coupon to the cashier, she started telling me that I can not order a medium drink with the coupon and that the coupon is only eligible for small drinks. She was also looking at me as if I'm stupid for even showing her the coupon. Anyways, I then listened to her and decided to order a small drink instead and ordered 2 chipotle chicken wraps. Then, I had checked the coupon carefully and it says FREE drinks for ALL sizes. And I noticed the chicken chipotle wraps I ordered were really cold, barley any sauce or chicken. I go back and show the lady the wraps and coupons, and she didn’t seem to care. She looked really rude and showed me a lot of attitude, for showing her the coupon again. She made it a big issue by creating a scene and then completely ignoring me. Shortly after, I spoke to the management team about the incident and no one took this situation seriously. It took them so long to finally agree on giving a refund. I don’t understand the people working here. This is ridiculous! I’ve been to several locations and I have never had any issues. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The order is always made incorrectly. No customer would want to waste their time and money here, especially if there are SEVERAL OTHER TIM HORTONS LOCATIONS! If you want to have a simple and easy experience, do NOT come to this location.

Staff is very rude. Their behaviour is bad. They never listen to the customers. They never dissolve sugar and if you ask, they start arguing. Their drive through service is worst, they will ask you several times to speak louder and on the same time you can listen their talks in the drive through.

Would rate this lower if I could. Slowest service at any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. They prioritize Uber orders over orders made in store. Absolutely the worst, ordered one item and waited 25 minutes for it.

I dont even want to give a single star, I am really disappointed with the service offered and its shocking that noone from Tim Horton has tried to investigate this location.
Yesterday I ordered a small coffee and the one I got was so bitter and tasted like the beans have been reused or some inferior beans are being used. This was not the first time, I have told the people multiple times that the coffee doesn't taste like other locations.

I urge the official to visit the location and take necessary action, it's really bad if they are reusing the beans.

I came to this Tim Hortons to get breakfast sandwich combo. Normally when I order I will ask the customer service representative to ensure that the bacon is crispy.and typically they say, “ Okay”… I know that it can be put in the microwave/oven longer and other locations adhere to the request but I was just told this morning that they can’t do anything about the bacon and that’s how it is. YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BACON. You are working in customer service. Servicing customers should require you to adhere to requests and try to make the customers happy. I am not happy eating soggy bacon. WHY DO YOU HAVE A PICTURE OF CRISPY BACON ON THE MENU, IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO GET SIMILAR ON THEIR SANDWICH?

A fair warning Don’t enter this establishment of Tim! ️ They don’t know what are the flavors of Items that Tim provide because French vanilla that I ordered didn’t resemble the taste of one. Moreover, I had to wait longer than usual in a drive Through. Most astonishing part was when I entered the establishment for complaint of wrong order or I might say missing items in order. They treated me as nothing happened! Customer representative was like quiet for a minute when he should have responded to my complaint and later on told me ok, and when I was seeking for a compensation and placed my previous coffee there he spoke in a rude way not to keep coffee there. I was like forst you guys provide me wrong order and then your attitude of speaking. Later on another representative told me that they will provide a new coffee. It felt like they don’t realize their mistake and treat guest as if they doesn’t matter! At the end I was offered a coffee with a normal sorry which felt like a formality because she was already looking somewhere else. A STRICT TRAINING is required where they should know how to place a correct order and then how to treat your guests. A suggestion- Everyone working here should have know basic principles of hospitality and if you don’t know try taking a hospitality course to study which will teach you a subject know as service experience!

I ordered 3 mocha iced capp but they add only 2 and when we call they ignore the issue amd start blaming delivery person even after we told them that bag was closed. Another thing is they always forget to add straws. Worst place to order. Horrible Customer service.

Everytime i order a tea, my order gets messed up and replaced with coffee. It has happened multiple time now so can the management of this location fix the issues with employee making wrong beverage. The timing is around 2-3 am.

The manager is ridiculous, the debit machine wasn’t working, she never told me before there wasn’t any sign and on reaching the window she said pay cash or I can’t serve you and says since I am the manager I am being patient. This location, the staff has no customer service especially the the manager. I honestly don’t know how is it open.

Never been disappointed with Tims, on my way to the airport and had to deal with this. Messed up my order, came in to fix it and the lady asked for 2$ extra to fix the order. I didn't have change so I used my debit, I could hear them tell eachother in Urdu to use my card and then pocket 2$. Amazing

The drive thru is like a parking thru. Waited way to long for my parking thru lane to move while the other lane kept on moving. Complained to the girl taking my order 3 times before I got served. On many past occasions, I figured I'd skip the drive thru and get served inside. That's when you really notice everyone spinning their wheels behind the counter and getting no further ahead. Don't tell me it's because I come at busy times, or we were short staffed. I've been to several other Tim Hortons where it's crowded but the customers are pumped in and out quickly. It's obviously a manager problem. The working staff I'm sure are doing their best with no direction. Single star review for this location only.

Served me burnt food. The manager came out and explained that it was "just a little overcooked" and gave me a free drink while having it remade. The manager is cool; he isn't the problem.

The lady making my sandwich was absolutely obnoxious in telling me that she did nothing wrong, that all the hashbrowns are the same and all the wraps are made the same way despite mine literally being burnt to a crisp and having a dry, almost black hashbrown inside.

Come on guys, arguing with the customer makes you look really bad.

The woman wearing red lipstick making coffee today afternoon (tuesday dec 3 around 4 pm) was incredibly rude. She was mocking me for ordering an extra large steeped tea. I was a regular customer spending around $500 at this store per month but won't be returning to this location again. My usual order is a medium double double and I ordered an xlarge steeped tea only once. Every time she sees me she hands me my order and says "NO EXTRA LARGE STEEPED TEA TODAY? " almost screaming at me!

I went on July 11 2019 at 9: 50 am. I order the spinach omelette bites a tea and a hash brown. Omelette was the wrong type, hash brown was cold and the steep tea tasted like hot water and milk. This is not the first time this happens to me here at this location
and the manager don't answer phone calls.
I won't be returning to this location.

Great Tim Hortons because of the weekend staff. We see the same staff every weekend which is when we get Tim hortons through the drive through. Avoid asking for any kind of timbit or doughnut late at night because you're not likely to get what you came for. Plus the staff is horrible on the late night shifts. Which is why I'm giving a three star rating.

Tbh I won’t be coming to this location again
Funny thing is that I actually live in the area but I rather go another location

But at least when I say good morning don’t give me a death stare
