Today I stopped at my local and favorite Tim Hortons and I am so happy to see that Dutchies, Walnut Crunch, Cinnamon Twists, Blueberry Fritters are BACK! YUMMY! Timmies Retro Doughnuts are back and I hope that this change is permanent. Why would they not make them permanent, I wonder? Because it's too drive us crazy when they are gone. We can never know when they will bring them back so we will just have to settle for everything else then, I'm guessing. Either way, enjoy the doughnuts while they are back. Awesome thing about them to us they are only $1.79 +tax of course but it's almost like a retro doughnut with a retro price. So you win both ways. Thank you so much, Tim Hortons for these awesome goodies back. I can see myself going there alot more than before. ENJOY EVERYONE AND MAKE SURE YOU GRAB A DOUGHNUT OR A BOX OF THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN GO QUICKLY
Honestly though, the atmosphere can be a little loud at times or you will see some people that just want to make problems inside of the restaurant so it's not fair for everyone else who just want to eat or even relax there. Tim Hortons is not a motel/hotel so I fully understand why the staff get upset when there are people sleeping inside but it's winter time now and cold outside. Maybe try to understand what they are going through in their life. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. This was one of the worst experiences, service wise, that I have had in a really long time.

The young lady at the register was not friendly and she was impatient (this was our first time at a Tim Hortons and she wanted to rush us through our order). Keep in mind, no one was waiting on their order and there was only one person in line after us (just rude and unprofessional).

The young lady who made our order, may have called out our order (I didn’t hear her), and by the time I realized she had, the food was cold. I dined in, so I feel like the lady who took our order should have realized we didn’t have our food (we were sitting right in front of the register), checked the order section and notified us that it was ready. Only when I asked about the order did the lady at the register attempt to help her co-workers, in a not so helpful way, figure out what happened to the order.

I ordered the Classic Bagel Belt, hash brown and Bailey’s Latte. The sandwich and hash brown were amazing; I had a plain bagel instead of the everything bagel. The latte was okay, it wasn’t sweet enough for me; I should have added vanilla or sugar.

All in all, I’m glad I was able to visit, but I wish it was at a different location. They had way too many cooks in the kitchen (4 people trying to take orders and manage the front register m; just ridiculous). The people the visited the location were friendly and made the experience a little better.

Tip: The parting lot is a little small because it is shared with other shops/stores. Just be careful because there is a lot of traffic and construction in this area.

Ordered a plain bagel with butter, i got a everything bagel with no butter.how does that even happen?

This location has definitely gone down hill in the last 2 years. Quality is inconsistent and service is terrible. I will go to the competitor next door

I don’t mean to be rude but I feel like about 80% of the time, employees don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte today but got a regular latte with pumpkin spice syrup, and I also ordered a English muffin with egg and sausage, I asked for no cheese because I prefer to not have it, but they kept being like “so you just want the egg? ” And I’m like no, egg and sausage, no cheese. Then when it was being made they asked yet again if I wanted any cheese. I did see they take it off but this experience wasn’t a good one.

I think their ice coffee is the best cost-efficient one. Ice black coffee is not very special, but good enough. The store is clean and has good atmosphere.

Oder was made totally wrong. This is second time this thing happened with me. I am never going to visit this location again.

Extremely rude and inefficient workers who constantly mess up orders. I have had to go through the drive thru multiple times for just one order. Both employees blamed me for their mistake and were also rude to my Nan.

We stopped at this location on Thursday early afternoon for coffee and donut. It was a rare Timmies disappointment. The coffee was good. However, my wife had Boston cream and I had Honey Dip donuts. They were both not even close to being fresh, I am convinced they were from the previous day.

To the owner:
There is no additional feedback to provide, I said all I had to say, the donuts were not fresh. Is that not clear enough?

Food was good and presentable

Service is slow though, donut and icecup more than 5 mins is not acceptable. And were is the friendliness of people in the counter? I dunno if they really get trained the proper way.

I go every morning, it's the first time they got my order wrong.ok first time I will give them a pass.

Horrible customer service, the person that's making the sandwich the white lady is unprofessional and unsanitary I had to throw my sandwich in the garbage and didn't get my refund!

Always pay in cash, the workers here cant do simple math so you get more change back then they owe you. Worth it every time. Ive basically gotten a free coffee at this point.

You can rely on this location to be consistently terrible. I avoid food from this location at all costs. A simple coffee order is all they can handle here and dont expect it to be made right.

Edit: I hate how this is the only tim hortons on my route. They still cant make a simple coffee or give proper change.

The lady that served me where I frequent daily refused to take my old tim card and put it in the garbage, she stated she didn't have a garbage can near her!

Dropped in to this location for an early morning breakfast. Actually loved their coffeee. Really fresh brew and tasted great. Regular coffee, latte - both were good. Nice and quick customer service.

For vegetarians, they don’t have much on the wraps and sandwich. The only thing we got was cheese sandwich which was very average. Egg with croissant was awesome … bagel cream cheese was good. Donut was good too. Lots of tables inside to sit and eat. Parking facilities good. Overall loved their coffee but their breakfast needs some new menu for vegetarian.

Coffee and food is good. However, more often than not, my order is incorrect or not complete.

I typically go here almost everyday because I work in the area. Lately the service has been extremely slow, with me having to pull around to the exit door and wait for my food. Today I waited almost 10 mins at the drive thru window waiting for a grilled cheese. Not only was my grilled cheese cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted! On top of that half the time I
ask for the total of my order before I pay and I don’t get a response or they just hand me the machine. Just disappointed in the service.

Tired of getting someone else's coffee. Very disappointed. I'm sure this mistake makes every order behind me WRONG.

I have been coming to this place multiple times the place is nice there’s a lot of multi culture people there which I love interacting with people but today it was my first time bringing my recyclable cup and I understand that it was not professionally clean and there was a Canadian person that told me to clean it which I was OK with that but as soon as I walk to the bathroom to clean my cup all I hear is her voice talking horrible things of how bad the cup was I heard it to the bathroom then when I came back and I show her the same attitude as she was showing me she started to respect me. It shouldn’t be like that a simple clean your cup come back would it be enough she was not professional how she acted towards me and this what makes people not to come back again.

It's a Tim's and I know there's only so much they can do but I can't imagine staying in there longer than I needed to with the constant equipment beeping.

Do the mangers at tim hortons think it's funny to put people who barely speak English and can barely understand what they are saying and barely know what the customer is asking in drive thru can't even order a single freaking coffee nowadays without having correct the mistakes

Find a new manger everyone gets wrong items bunt bagels and told to pull around and wait I've never had to do that at any tim hortons so that shows that this place needs a new owner and mangers

Plus going to better business bureau might change your attitude
