We went there with my kids for buying donuts, there was a lot of bugs in side the donuts, I informed the cashier she just laughed and repeated the wrong words?

If you like bad service, inaccuracy and being rushed, this is the place for you. You can confirm your order twice at the speaker and once again at the window and it will still be wrong. They start screaming "bye" before they can even place the incorrect order in your hands. This is how businesses are allowed to operate when no one takes pride in what they do. Won't be coming to this location anymore. ALSO COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF PAYING WITH CASH!

Nice place the employee's are very friendly my order is always right and the food is always hot at this location.

A pretty disgusting place to go get food. I'm suprised the health and safety board hasnt shut this place down. The very few times i go to this particular food serving store it is always dirty and quite disgusting, and i always see this homeless old women living there daily since the past 2 years showering and shooting up drugs in the washrooms constantly and pick pocketing unsuspecting customers in the store.its like its their mascot.actually it truly does reflect the state of Toronto which is disgusting

Order bacon turkey club but running out of turkey, potato wedge is dry as usual, hard to understand what the guy said.

The loaded bowls or loaded chicken bowls - not sure of correct name - are surprisingly VERY good. Had the grilled chicken one for a late lunch and was surprised at just how good it was.

Almost every time I go order I go drive through. And they always missing items I ordered and they push people to leave quickly even tho I’m not ready to drive
This makes me very uncomfortable.

Quite disappointed with the hockey card pricing. The advertising doesn't specify that it's 1 pack per drink for a dollar. I ordered 3 packs with my coffee just to be rudely told how it is. Pay more and then the employee nearly forgot to give me the overpriced cards.

One person drive thru one person counter. Understaffed sat for 10 minutes at drive thru.not into this location at all

Nasty location, long wait on mobile orders! Less staff in store front, cleanliness is 10% what else should I say. I hope they make my coffee good

It is generally good to visit, however, some improvements required to work on.

The employees are not so professional. They are always chatting loudly and do not clean the areas such as tables or washrooms.

I understand and agree to work like you playing, but they talk too much and loud.

They always have bizarre issues with the drive through asking people to stop as they can’t supply the demand. It’s creating a huge line up and frustrating customers. In addition, they always missing items from the menu saying it discontinued even if it shows on the menu. The franchised need to investigate this location.

We went on the drive-thru and when I tried the hot chocolate it tasted like they added hot water more than the chocolate. What a waste of money and when I called them they just say ohh I dont know why its like that Im like why cant you double check what you serve.

Worst and the slowest service! I visited this store on Friday July 15 around 8: 30am, I was the third in line and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order. The two customers ahead of me only ordered drinks and I had a small order myself (a breakfast combo). There were 5 staffs in the store and they seemed more concerned with the drive-through orders instead of walk-ins.

Hygiene is another issue. One staff picked up a pen from the floor with his barehands and went on to open a milk/cream carton without washing his hands. The cashier took cash and then went on to the sandwich station without changing her gloves.

Never coming back to this location.

The service at this location was terrible. When placing our order the drive through rep was rude and unprofessional didn't understand our order that we placed. When we got the window, he had was flustered by other orders that were being placed by other customers and forgot that we order large chocolate milk and to charge us with our other items. I will never go back to this Tim hortons location.

I ordered inside the store A bagel double toasted with cream cheese and here they present the food. I know it is busy but make sure your giving a presentable items to your customers. And Please kindly wash and change your gloves One Lady Did my Order i believe she is a manager on that store 12: 11pm Saturday May 28 Lunch time. She took my order and some other customers which is she is wearing a gloves handling the money and she quickly change her task on the sandwich area without washing or changing the gloves. Please do something about it your a manager u must know the food safety and contamination. And one more thing stop talking to your team members using your own languages. I Hope these will put in high action on your owner.

Absolutely the worst location. I got a wrap from here and there was barely anything in this wrap it was literally just Bread and lettuce

I usually come to this area on Sunday mornings and everytime I am handed over my coffee the person who works there is always faced the other way talking to his colleagues! Do you not realise that the coffee may fall and burn my hand?

Tim Hortons needs to hire better staff. Sorry to say this but it's true.

I’ve ordered breakfast sandwich and staff gave me wrong order for three times. After which this is what I got. Pathetic customer service waste of time and money

Was there today to get some orders on drive trough, I told them that I have my free ice coffee the girl on window was rudely answered NO, while she was standing her back to me and even didn’t look at me when she was talking!
Soooo rude.
I don’t recommend this location not even for drive trough orders!

Went this store and they served bad coffee and tea from the old pots. Also they laugh at in front of you with pointed finger. Speaking their own language on the floor. Even manager also laugh at you with thier employee. Not happy with thier service and attitudes.

Most Tim Hortons locations in Toronto are terrible. I have no idea who owns them but the people they are hiring are absolutely in capable of filling instructions. Whenever you make any special changes to your order they get it wrong 9.9 yes out of ten.

I live close to the store, getting my coffee there most days. The store needs more staff. Although they are fast but the number of staff are low. The manager should hire more people. It's waste of time getting coffee there.

This place is a joke. The staff are extremely rude and always mess up your order. The place is slow I had to wait 30 minutes in line when I was the first in the line. Once they gave me 20 hashbrown sleeves with no hashbrown that I paid for. The workers are jokes. The quality sucks.

Extremely rude managers to us. We are retired seniors and our family definitely won't be going back to this location. To much arguing among the workers and customers. Just a horrible experience. And they're English, and poor demeanor is down the toilet. We would not recommend this location.

I'd love to see everyone who works there handling my food wearing a mask properly at all times, although everything is relative. One customer was rudely complaining that he didn't get his food in a box. The associate was apologizing genuinely. The customer was just a d-k. So. Good service, but come on guys; wear your masks fully properly please.

This Tim Hortons does not serve breakfast after 5pm despite signs saying all day breakfast. One to avoid.

Just drive-thru works in these pandemic days! In other branches, walk-in orders are accepted but here.
I ordered by my app ahead and had to stand on my feet by the kiosk that cars get their order!
Although I made my online order 5 minutes earlier, they said my to wait until they serve some drive-thru orders first.

Not sure what's happening here it's like the employees are sabotaging this location.
Last week my coffee was bitter and the powder covered raspberry timbits were stale mid afternoon. This is the only Timmy's that has the powdered donuts near me.
This week I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I drove away then looked at it in shock. Tell me why is the cheese on the outside of the bread?

That guy serving at drive thru this afternoon around 5: 47pm is so rude! Dude if you hate working there get out stop spreading negative vibes

Love this place. I ordered custom wrap at this place and they made it just right. Manager at this location is a very nice and friendly guy. He knows his job and he know how to take care and please their customers.

Always very slow drive true today morning I was the 5th in the lane and I was waiting 15 minutes for a coffee! The last couple times I messed up my clothes because they don't close the coffee cup properly yesterday I burned myself with the hot coffee! When I get my coffee I always say "Thank you " but there is no answer at all! I like the Tim Horton's coffee but if they not gonna change the speed and quality I'll go to the McDonald's for sure! Terrible sales team terrible!

This branch has one of the quickest drivethru, but employers who are working in the night shifts are awful.

Asked for a bagel with cream cheese tomato and for it to be toasted.at least they gave me the bagel.

I went here today around 10.30 pm to take vanilla chill.the guy was indian.while i said thank you to him as he gave me my order.he didnt bother to reply and seemwd extremely annoyed.i m indian too but i dnt do such things at work.please tell ur guys to leave their frustation at home and not put in our orders.

Double double coffee doesnt taste like it is Double Double.either they are cheaping with the ingredients or they are not routinely cleaning their machines

Excellent: everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and tomato. Nice service, pleasant setting with armchairs- if you are lucky.

Tim hortons authorities should take some serious action against this place. Even in this time they are not taking safety measures properly. Cashier hadn't wear gloves while cashing. She was serving coffee and everything without gloves just bcz it was not provided by Manager. I am gonna take serious steps against this.

There are many people, so they are busy and there are various types of drinks and food. However, the interior is often dirty due to the large number of guests, and the restroom maintenance is poor.

I like this Tim Horton's as it's never to busy at night. Also the drive through is fast in the mornings. 90% of the time they'll get your order right, as I noticed at some other Tim Horton's locations they'll have either someone at the drive through with barely capable English, or will just screw up the order.

Staff have a hard time understanding at the drive thru, just about everytime I visit this location there is a language barrier, have to explain the order several times before they understand. On several occasions during early mornings the staff in the drive through window are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. They get the orders incorrect, this is especially important when one is a diabetic and asks for no sugar and they add sugar to the coffee. This was brought to the lady's attention working the window and a refund was suggested due to the coffees being wasted and thrown in the trash, she would not apply any refund and refused to compensate for the mistake, this happened several times with the same lady. Check your orders before leaving the drive through, it's the only way for the staff to understand. Very poor customer service at this location.

I was at this Tim Hortons on February 4th, and I ordered a few sandwiches and I am not pleased with the service. It was slow and it took 15 minutes to get my order. And after I forgot to get apple juice, I went back to the counter no one there. I waited 5 minutes to finally get someone to help me. Hopefully this can change by the next time I come to there again! I am very disappointed!

It's just becoming more if a disappoint and nobody seems to care because they're making money. So why care about quality? Next customer!

Tim's is one og favorite places, lately I find they Do Not care about the quality and quantity of the foods. A yogurt that I had this morning, there was only 4 spoons of yogurt in it before it was full now its almost in the bottom, last week a break fast sandwich can not believe my self what's going on, I spoke with my colleagues and clients they also seen this issue. I am a happy Canadian Tims is our National product don't want to lose you!

The employees if that's what you'd call them are rude and have condescending attitudes. Ordered a large chilli and it was luke warm not hot. I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible. 0 rating out of 5.

Coffee was fast. Bagel was not. I stood at the counter with 2 other customers and watched as the food prep employee fulfilled drive thru order after drive thru order. After 5 or 6 cars went thru I had to ask if my order was on the screen. I dont expect to go ahead of anyone else, but I dont want to be skipped over for drive thru either. Get the process sorted! Put another dedicated employee on food prep. Completely unacceptable to ignore in- store customers. Wont be returning to this site anytime soon

They are rude, no customer service practice. They are dirty, never change their gloves there counters of where they prepare their food is dirty. Most of the time you get your product given to you with butter on the outside sandwich bag, gross. Alot of customers complain about the treatment from this location. One of the worst locations to go to.

One of the worst Tim Hortons branch locations, BY FAR. Dont expect any customer service, I have seen workers belittle and make fun of customers. Workers truly dont care here, and very often get orders wrong, even when clearly told. Seriously, skip this place as there are plenty of Tim Hortons in this city.

No air conditioning in the middle of the summer. I mean come on. Are purposefully making your store an undesirable place to spend time in?

Quick service, and drive thru is not busy. Able to process my order and form of payment quickly as well no questions asked.

Got my order wrong three times and were getting annoyed even though I was very clear about what I wanted and its right there on the menu. Terrible service

They're so focused on speed they lack any and all friendly customer service. They'll hastily throw your food into your car whether you're ready or not and you wont get a smile or a hello as they'll be too busy urgently saying goodbye, which clearly translates to a rushed get lost.
However, when I need to get to work on time and don't feel the need of any human interact and don't mind the guaranteed eye roll and sigh when I don't have exact change, this is my go too. I have yet to see a Tim's as quick and efficient.

The best I find about this location is the long Hours after Places like Starbucks are closed. Services have lots of room for improvements. 1 cream in my coffee, is like 2 cream, here at this location; and my coffee is always too Creamy, unlike at other Tim Hortons locations in the area. They say it's the Milk dispenser that is responsible for too much cream but I disagree.

I like the place, family welcoming and we have been coming here for about 7 years. Unfortunately, since last 6 months the place changed from a calming environment where people get relaxed to a place that is staff make a lot of noises like they laugh very loudly in a way it’s so disturbing.

Quantity over Quality! I must say I was very disappointed. I had a friend who gave me a $20 gift card so I thought I try a breakfast sandwich. Now I do not know what the yellow substance was. I thought it was egg but never had an egg taste like that. Tasteless Even the english muffin tasteless. Like a fool I went the next dat to try the waffle. I will let the picture speak for it self.
