Tim Hortons

There is something horribly wrong with the double double that they serve. It tastes like poison. Whenever I ask for a fresh pot, I am told that it is fresh but it tastes horrible.

Can't stand here more than 10 minute because it's freezing place. I ask for closing the air conditioner employee said we don't have control of it and we are freezing too

CSR here was so rude. I clearly asked what is included in the offer of 500 points for National Coffee Day Challenge. I bought a latte and was scanning to complete the challenge. I told her it didnt scan like 3 times. Later she told me it is already scanned but it wasnt showing up in the screen so I knew it didnt. I paid and told her again that it didnt scan and I couldnt complete my challenge. And she said may be next time in a rude way.

Pretty average outlet. Customers aren’t valued here much. The staff are indifferent and slow. They appear to be highly demotivated. Sometimes it stinks in here. Staff won’t care if there is a large queue, they would only operate through one counter and let people wait for long. Food is ok. It’s not very clean either. Good for takeaways only.

The service here is horrible. They always have 1 person at cash and it takes me approximately 10 minutes to get my order while only 2 people are ahead of me

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons.the lady who is taking the orders is very rude and basically puts out an attitude where it seems like she doesn’t like working at Tim Hortons. Hands on the worst experience at a Tim
Hortons ever! Try to avoid this location at all possible costs, there is a tim about 5 min away from here, I would prefer going there from now on!

The Tim Hortons experience at this particular location has been far from satisfactory. The manager, who appears to be an elderly lady (Eva), exhibits unhygienic behavior by smoking and frequently yelling at the employees. Her inability to effectively manage and support the staff, who are essentially the backbone of the store, is evident. It is clear that she lacks the necessary knowledge and skills to oversee the operation efficiently. I would strongly recommend that the owner consider replacing this manager with someone who possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business. Until such a change occurs, I urge all patrons to avoid using this store.
