Tim Hortons

Today was my birthday and I had the birthday offer which I tried to claim it after I came back from work. I was rudely told no by the lady at the counter as it is after 5pm not realising it is my birthday and one should be good to a birthday person. Tim Horton if they genuinely want to make a birthday person happy, they should realise to give out a burger which one can avail anytime of the day or night. Sad and disappointing.

Nice Canadian fastfood cafe. Tasty, not expensive, friendly.

Recommendation is to do more cleaning but considering how many people there it's permissible.

Who ever I’m managing this place should really be ashamed of themselves… the staff is rude early in the morning charging me 10$ for 2 egg and hash brown breakfast wraps yet that’s cold not even heated and the sloppy wrapped.come on man I hate Tim hortons after this experience step your game, it’s embarrassing

I think Dunkin' breakfast sandwiches probably taste better, but these are small and fine.

This is the best location for Tim Hortons to go and dine in.the lady at front desk was really knowledgeable and helpful. Even though they were out of stock for what I was ordering, she gave me a really nice option how she can help me to have some vegetarian food. Nobody at any other location has ever done that. Once they are out of stock, they don’t give any option generally. But this one was really good.

Very slow service.only 2 people a head of me, but i waited 10 mins for service. There were 3 servers at the place.

The older staff that works here are consistently impolite, rude and outright incompetent. I have personally experienced this behaviour with me, my family members and other guests that come to this store. I don't understand how it is possible for anyone to have had positive experience at this location recently. Perhaps I went there only when the impolite staff is working their shift. The older ladies don't even ask what I want or if that's all I needed. When I asked for potato wedges, she literally yelled they don't have wedges followed by "what else you want? ". Is this the representation of Tim Horton'a values as a brand? I cannot wait for competing coffee shops to thrive so I have more options.

I go there every day. Their coffee is my favorite. I have been going there since about 35 years.

I never had such terrible experience in any Tims in the last 11 years living in Canada. I asked for a steeped tea and the lady who was taking my order was so rude that she literally went back to show me what steeped tea is as if I’m not sure what I was ordering. That’s not it she literally slammed my cup on the counter and this is not the first time in this location that I had a bad experience.
If you hate your job then don’t project it on your customers. Nobody wants to have an unpleasant experience first thing in the morning. I’m never returning back to this location even if it’s the closest to where I work.
Please hire better staff.

A very pleasant location to simply enjoy Java, pastry and wonderful vibes where staff very very very regularly clean floors and ensure bathrooms are clean … the seating arrangements offer wonderful outside views while at same time promote privacy:) I’m only sad that this location couldn’t be relocated near where I live in Scarborough HA HA HA

Rude customer service. Lady at the counter (seems supervisor) needs to learn to be humble with customers.

They messed up my whole order. Wrap was cold and my croissants were stiff. Not to mention that they did not have any hash browns or sausage available at 8AM. This is just disappointing and shows the lack of care this establishment has.

A cappuccino isn't a cappuccino anymore at any tim Hortons, they made something else from it

Wow! No drive thru! Why wouldn’t it have a thrive thru? Still, the service was pretty fast.

The worst Tim's in CANADA! Due to proximity reasons, I have no choice but to order delivery from this place. For several consecutive days, items were missing from my orders without any explanation. They even missed 4 out of 6 items in my last order! I will never choose this location again.

Worst experience ever with that old lady taking orders.she is very rude and dont know how to treat customers.next time i ll file a complaint against her if this continues.just worse service

Tim Hortons is just our second home because of his beverage's, french vanilla, double double, cookies and many things more. So it's like a second home for all Canadians because in the record 80% of Canadian visits Tim Hortons once in a month.
