Tells me washroom is closed for 3 days. There may or may have not been a sign on the door. I didn’t look, or maybe cause I was dressed in my construction clothes I have no idea
Had a double double and some Timbits. They were made perfectly.
The reason we are leaving a review is that my mom used the washroom. She wanted highlight the cleanliness of the washroom and that it was one of the cleanest public washrooms she’s ever seen!
I have been customer for this location for long time. Really disappointed me today with their service. Rules and standard should b same for all locations. All other locations can toast or at least grill croissant for me and one of location said to they cannot toast plain croissants but they can toast everything croissants and they did… So really disappointed and I had cancelled my whole order n leave and lastly said Not coming to location anymore.
I work around the corner in O’cannor drive and I like starting my day off with the coffee like most of them, no matter what time I m starting it. My go to is always Tim’s like many in Canada, well I have to say this because I recently moved from UAE and the whole experience is quite overwhelming.
The other day I went in Tim’s and ordered the pumpkin spice latte.grabbed and left, well it was purely bitter like not even drinkable, tasted like it was sitting down for hours and nobody had picked it up! I was late so I couldn’t go to get their attention about that. The next day I went to get my black coffee and told them about my experience… they didn’t know what to respond which was already outrageous, moreover the girl whom I spoke to about how was the latte that she gave me other day, went ahead to share with one of her colleague and both were smiling looking at me!
And I was like, do I look that dumb, that they don’t even know how to respect a situation when someone is so upset with your service and then you smile on them, make fun of them at the back of counter.
I brought small ice capp and paid $3.19-, another location paid $2.99+ tax. Asking how possible different price? Answer price going up. Next day by different location and pric still $299+ tax. What happened?
When ever I come here this the slowest service ever. There are so many workers, however the service is horrendous. They don’t even greet customers to say we will be with you or sorry for the wait.
I like the way they organize the bakery items.is that to attract HOUSEFLIES? They are hard enough to listen me, even I tried to mention them for multiple times.
I work at a Tim hortons restaurant myself and understand about customizing the customer's drinks. I ordered a Blackberry Yuzu without ice, and the order itself came with ice, after which I gave it back saying I didn't want ice. They removed the ice and gave a half filled glass without the ice. Upon telling them that I wanted a full glass until the required line without the ice, the lady started fighting with me and blankly refused to comply. She basically forced me to either have the drink with the ice or go with a half filled cup. I told them I make these drinks every day, and she simply shut the drive thru window on my face. It was one of the rudest staff I have ever come across.
This is the BEST Tim's within a 15 minute driving radius of my house. They are insanely fast and the quality is always top notch. I also like that they are professional and casual at the same time. Every staff I've interacted with has been really sweet and fun.
The melts tasted like rubber and the wedges were cold and didnt taste good like they use too. Coffee was alright
Update: the worst drive through, never met more rude and ignorant servers. They always mess up orders. The lady that's there slams the window in your face when asking a question. Poor service food quality not so good and 9 times out of ten they mess up your coffee order or give u stale burnt coffee
Very bad service all the time I work around the area I get more than one time a day my coffee always not fresh I asked for dark roast I always get burnt or regular roast very round employees they don’t care what are serving you afresh or old coffee very bad never coming back again a tall employee refused to give her name she’s always angry with bad attitude not the right person to be working in this business 0%
I work around the corner from this location and the way they treat there walk in customers is absolutely horrible. For some reason morning staff will only always have 1 cashier while 8 to 10 customers are waiting in line and sometimes that line stretches outside the doors and its horrible during winter. I've given this place a bunch on chances hoping it gets better but its always the same thing. They tend to only care for drive through customers as if the walk in customers aren't valued. The staff will stand and stare at you and will do everything but get on cash and push the walk in line. I've worked im the restaurant business for over 12 years and this place definitely needs better management or staff. You have to ask for a cashier in order for them to actually assist you. I wonder if the management team thinks less of the walk in customers vs the drive through since they have 95 percent of there staff dedicated to drive through. Horrible horrible service if I could give it less then 1 star I would.
They never get the order right at the drive-thru. They also shout "is that everything" before I can get a word in. Do you not want to make a sale or what.
Sometimes good and sometimes worse, why there cannot be constant or same style of making coffee? Every alternate days I order coffee and atleast once a week I have to throw the coffee because if it’s taste
I like to get me ice capps with 1/4 cream they were made great for most of winter but now they make them black like they forget any cream so now ask for half some days good most bad Today was ridiculous the ice cap med size didn't even have enough in it it wasn't even up to the number 5 on side of cup couldn't return because my granddaughter brought it to me
Every time I order a Vanilla Latte they give me a regular. Then I’m at work with a gross dishwater coffee thing that I didn’t want or pay for. Thanks for taking my money and giving me a product of lesser value.
Service is horrible…. They burned my bagel and when I asked them to give me a new one.she proceeded to take out the fillings and put it in another bagel.
