The service of the staff is the worst. The order was not received correctly and the coffee was served, but they did not say that it was served and left it alone.

Pathetic service the man at the counter was super rude. I specifically ordered him to give me less ice in the quencher in my drink but he didn't listen and blamed it on me. Then my husband told him that you just removed the 8ce which left the large size drink in half and then he said that that's how they make it they can't do anything about it.are paying for ice only? And few drops of taster?
The washroom was super disgusting and the table weren't cleaned at all.

The coffee tasted terrible, they forgot to add milk. The donut was old. I do not recommend

I take Osgoode TTC twice to/from work everyday. So I’m purchasing either a beverage/donuts/new wraps/new bowls. The food is at par with other Tim’s outlets. But the staff service is awful. I understand that for a coffee and doughnut they wouldn’t provide a takeaway bag. Makes sense. But if one places a large order, 30$ worth, why would the staff not provide a takeaway bag? I saw them give a large paper bag for a delivery order that had a coffee and a donut or so. They expected me to carry 3 rice bowls in my hand when these rice bowl covers are clumsy and don’t even close tight! No prizes for guessing, they fell a couple of metres down the cafe. Thanks for wasting my money, food and ruining my mood. This could have been avoided when I asked the staff for a bag and she replied to me saying that I can’t have it as it’s only for delivery orders. Not giving my business here anymore. I’m sure it doesn’t make a difference to the store to lose one customer but if this is how it goes, this store will lose a lot of business.

I went to this store to have something to eat and drink obviously. The place was very clean, and it had a great ambience. This was the first time I personally have seen a self order kiosk at Tims apart from the mobile order ofcourse. There were good number of seatings, i thought it was going to be packed due to the number of people, but it wasn't the case. I sat in my seat for a hour minimum, it was peaceful too. I had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and Stepped Tea. The wrap was really good, the steeped tea was cold tbh, but it's fine i guess. Apart from that, would definitely visit again.

There is guy name jashandeep, highly unprofessional. If tim is about cutsomer service, why u behave so rude.

The girl never gets the most simple orders right. Bagel toasted and red eye dd. I get DD and bagel not toasted. It's simple and wasn't busy at all!

I took the chili soup, but they didn’t give me the butter with the bun, when I asked for it they said it doesn’t come with butter but I said yes it comes, because whenever I take this chili soup in other Tim Hortons they always provide me butter, I never had to ask for it. Also they didn’t provide me napkins. Overall careless behaviour towards customer.

Moment plus qu’agréable dans ce Tim Hortons. Si vous arrivez de bonne heure sur Toronto, arrêtez vous à l’arrêt Osgoode et marchez pas plus de 5 minutes pour arrivez dans un des Tim Hortons les plus charmant d’Amérique du Nord (je m’y connais en Tim Hurtons j’en ai fait au moins 2). A noter, en plus de son charisme, que l’établissent est d’une propreté exemplaire! A ne pas louper: chocolate chip! Un régal!

Close to Osgoode Station and is a good place to take a break and grab a coffee. Although the shop looks new, the USB sockets are not working. Besides the shop person mops the floor with a very wet mop, leaving the entire floor very very wet and slippery I think it is dangerous.

By far one of the worst Tim Hortons locations. Their donuts are stale, their service is slow, their sandwiches taste funky and the hygiene is the worst part. DO NOT even attempt to go to the washroom, it is the filthiest washroom I have ever seen in my life. There are also always homeless people harassing you at the door, I know it’s not their fault but it’s something to consider when coming here.

I just ordered the broccoli soup today and the consistency is too watery and has not taste (like water). As if they just dumped tons of water in and heated it and call it a "job done". The bread was cold too and prior to getting my order, they got my order wrong because the cashier didn't modify it properly. Stop wasting people's money and time and actually do your job properly. Just ask yourselves this question when you're preparing the food " would I put this in my mouth? " And it was not even busy!

The worst Tim's experience I've ever had.
They got my order wrong, then had the audacity to tell me that I should go back to the counter and re-order. The person at the food counter seemed frustrated and was very rude. The person at the coffee counter acted like I asked for his first born when I asked about my coffee 14 mins after I had ordered.
Don't ever visit this place, especially if it's during breakfast time. They are not equipped to deal with more than 10 customers at a time.
