Truly the worst Tim Horton’s experience. If you can drive another 10 minutes, go to Strathroy or Komoka. If you can’t, then cross the street and grab one at CircleK – the quality of the coffee there can’t possibly be worse than the service at this Tim’s.

Order is almost always wrong or missing items; bagels are never cut in half, even when requested; toasted bagels look like they just sat beside the toaster, double toasted bagels are just barely toasted; never a thank you at the drive through, just shut the window as quick as they can after handing you the food; no straw offered with cold drinks and given with a begrudging and annoyed attitude when requested.

Definitely some staff-wide coaching needed here, from PT staff all the way up to management.

No, I will not be following your link to communicate my experiences with your guest care team. If you were really concerned, you would have visited the store and taken action already.

Arrived on a Wednesday evening at just after 6: 30 and they wouldn’t make us any grilled food. Said it was closed but there were 5 or more staff walking around. In my option that is still dinner time. Then when we ordered 3 bagels because that is all they would make they only gave us two and said they double toasted them. Terrible communication and service.

This place took my money didn't give me all of my order and refused to give me the missing items or a refund. They robbed me, and will never go back here.

I ordered a breakfast meal this morning and waited to get my meal while at least 30 meals were served in the drive thru. Worst service I’ve ever had

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Every time I come home from work, I encounter young kids who could care less about what they’re doing. Constantly bad coffee and wrong orders. Taking the detour to Komoka from now on. Sick of this. AVOID

Rude manager. We walked from our house Saturday around 8: 30pm and noticed all the doors were locked. No signage that they closed the inside at 8pm. “Manager” came out to tell us and didn’t even apologize. He was so insensitive. If you’re going to close your restaurant portion at 8pm, make sure everything online is updated to reflect this as we checked before walking over and online said 10pm. Not impressed with the attitude we got.

Glad to have this small town location but every time I go through the drive thru service is slow and they are always out of things, no hashbrowns, no donuts, no biscuits.always disappointed. Not sure if there is a staffing, training or leadership issue. I get every once in a while but this is far too consistent

Nice location. Seems quieter than most. Great coffee and donuts. Clean washrooms and friendly staff.

Somewhere along the way we actually lost our way.

The food is definitely on a downward slope for a few years but lately it feels almost un-edible. Not long ago one could get a reasonably priced, very good and almost healthy plain ol' ham sandwich on freshly baked bread along with shop made donuts etc. Not sure how and who got lost in translation that we ended up with some truly unique Canadian dishes like chipotle deep fried chicken fingers wraps slathered in mayo, chipotle steak bowls and many other such iconic "shtuff" on the menu. Everything tastes sub par with a cheap fast food feel and unfortunately doesn't seem like the reasonable healthy option it once was.

Maybe back to basics where less is actually more is not such a bad thing.

Anyway it's just my personal opinion, along with many of my co-workers!

The person at the drive through didn't greet me and when she scanned my points, she just stared at me as if I still owed her the same amount she quoted while speaking at the box. This wasn't really the issue, just the icing on top though because she took my cash wearing gloves and then immediately turned around to put my drinks in the tray touching the tops and pushing down on them with a flat hand. Then even put the lid on the third drink herself. How many other people's money had she handled with the same gloves? Gross. To top it off, I ordered three double doubles and received three triple triples. Thanks. This was at about 9: 40am on 01/03/2023

UPDATE: Received a response from head office that could only give me 400 point and then was advised I was to hear from the owner/manager of this location as well. Never did.
Today (18/04/23) I gave this location another change and the girl took my money and proceeded to pick my coffee up by the top/lid AGAIN.
You guys seriously need to get better practices and stop grossing me tf out.

Still the slowest Tim Horton in Canada. 0530 I’m in there, still waited 15 minutes for two coffees and two Apple Fritters.would you believe no Apple Fritters or Donuts of any kind at opening… the guy at the didn’t know he had no donuts or fritters. I had get my money back…. Still the slowest, still not organized.

You can take a nap and write a bad review, all while waiting in line. Then your order 50% of the time will be wrong. Managers treat theiremployees bad in front of customers

This is what a team looks like! 11: 30 Saturday morning so many people working here with a real hustle in their step! Everyone looks like their happy to have a job! The one girl I spoke to was very friendly. Other Tims locations could take a lesson!

Horrible coffee tonight from this location. Barely any sugar in both coffees and they were both burnt. I’ve been here at least 3 times in a month and the coffee has been burnt every time, even when adding sugar it still isn’t drinkable. Won’t be back! Maybe if you work at tummies try care about your job and maybe care about the customers.
