Tim Hortons

Wanted to leave a review for this location because any morning I have been here the service is fast compared to other tims and they haven't messed up my order yet.

Horrible they didn't do the rite coffees and their watery don't even taste like coffee
And the service isn't the best either their pushy and rush u so much

This location in particular I’ve always had issues with. Every time I get soup I ask for them to butter the bun they do not and I re-ask them and then they only butter half. The staff is not very nice.

Never had any problem with this location always good service. When did this location change hrs, used to be 24hrs. Went there late nights to work on my computer precovid. Did covid change the hrs at this location also, semi disappointing right now because is 3am n I just got out the drive in. Went for a coffee n they're closed.sheeesh. I bet it was covid hr changes

Bad attitude Indian women staff at drive though. Paid for something wasn't available, they laugh off and refused refunded or replaced with something else.
This woman also threatened and call police

A so called supervisor named NAVDEEP was shouting at me while i was giving order. To ask what is the order she was sounding hella rude. She don’t know how to talk properly to a customer. I asked her why she was yelling at me. She replied cuz I can’t hear you! What a non sense reply. If she can’t hear me so tell me speak higher rather than shouting at first place. Such a unprofessional staff.

I stopped in after getting my son from college only to be thoroughly disgusted by what I saw. The girl behind the counter was wiping the counter down then bent over to whip the floor. She rinsed the cloth and went back to whip the rest of the counter. I almost threw up. Seriously, I’m sure they have separate cloths to do different jobs and have a mop to wash the floor. I will never return to this location. Your lucky to get 1 star, I wasn’t going to give you any

Just there got an XL tea, asked for one bag in one on side, tea came to window had two bags in, asked for my second bag and the rude staff opened my tea and put her hand in to take a bag out. Health Canada take note here.asked for my tea to be fully redone and was told next time stay home and make your own tea! This is how Tim's staff talked to customers so I never got a call back from Tim's about this, so this is how much Tim's cares

Strangely, half the time I actually try to go to this place, the doors are locked during open-hours. The other times I go, the place seems nice enough. Food is on par with other Tim's in the area so not too much to say there. It's just really strange that the lobby portion isn't open when the rest of the shop is.

It was the worst experience of Tim Hortons in my history ever to get such a ridiculous service by staff over here. Really this store needs to shut down or restaff members entirely! Never in my wildest dreams i would imagine to get ridiculous service by Tim Hortons branch. Never coming back to this store ever!

Employees working here are so careless that I ordered food thrice and each time they placed me a wrong order. I advice the manager here to hire new workers with at least common sense to pack the right order.

Sad to see the last good Tim hortons Hit rock bottom Like so many others. For the last 3 months Drive-through coffee has been horrendous 9 or 10 times gotta take it back in because it's burnt bitter today was the last day when I have some 20 year old ish Manager telling me there's no difference in the taste of the coffee from the back to the front (and they didnt even have coffee out front claim wasnt busy enough) And she's tells me shes been working at Tim hortons forever I looked at her and said I've been drinking Tim hortons since before you were able to walk Please don't insult my intelligence I've known people that work Different Tim hortons over the years and still to this day I know people work at them. And when I happen to get coffee yesterday and give it to Someone that was an employee Tim hortons for over 10 years and a manager another location Told me the same thing The machines are not clean properly because the employees niw a days they hire Are lazy And just don't care. My point from today is when I have some 25ish year old kid try to tell me there's no difference between the coffee at drive and she's been working at different tim hortons for many years I could not help but laugh I am 56 years old and have been drinking coffee longer than she's been alive.il spend my $30 plus a day at McDonald's from today on.over 5 years going to this location (where it used to be packed all time during day now like ghost Town). Theres only 2 employees there that take pride in there service.good luck to both Tammy and kathy.ill miss you both to bad you have to work with people who just don't care in. ANOTHER TIM HORTONS BITS THE DUST! Mr horton must be rolling in his grave!

Bought a steep tea today and i could taste coffee with it. Messed up my whole day. Half coffee half tea? Please be careful while making your orders.
