Usually not the type to write reviews… but this was awful. I hope the food inspector comes in soon to check this place out. This was a learning lesson to go into the location rather than ordering through the drive thru to see what the environment your food is being made in. Garbage, open bottles, unrefrigerated dairy on counters. The service was also not good either. They made my drink completely wrong no biggy… but they said it was right then had to pull up a picture of the drink from the app to show them what the drink is. The guy behind us was ordering a blueberry muffin the girl at the register goes “okay do we have some” and he was like “I’m not sure do you? ” And she responses “well you tell me because I can’t see so do we have blueberry muffins or not”. The gentleman was super taken back and ended up just getting a coffee lol. Anyways been to this location before and it’s gradually has gotten worse and worse. I also work in the food industry and know when it’s busy how overwhelming it can be… but it was not busy. Anyways hopefully it gets better!

Does anyone wear a hairnet here there's a young lady in the evenings new she has very long hair I wish not to find in my food or attached to the rim of my cup? I don't know what's happened in the last month but service has gotten slower and seems like you got rid of your good employees I will sadly have to go to a different location. Am not greeted in the drive through by a happy person they sound sad and I can barley hear them. Going forward I hope you don't get rid of your good employees by over working them and being understaffed I've never seen a store so short staffed all the time not sure who else is higher to reach out to.

By far the WORST location in Orleans. Never have items available and the service is slower than slow. The owners should be embarrassed of the employees they have running their establishment.

Worst Tim Hortons in Orleans. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The staff provide horrible service and attitude. 8 out of 10 times, they never have any food, and do not put up signs to let people in the drive thru know so you have to wait 20 mins in the drive thru just to find out you can’t order food, and another 10 to be able to get out of the drive thru. Save yourself the disappointment and drive further for another timmies.

Just wondering what the spec is on cutting the Bagels in half. Order 3 bagels today not one cut in half. Order 3 this week not one cut in half. So if that is the spec which I know it us not. Should I order it everytime that I want it cut in half? Like common management inspect what you expect you should know this is happening let's make it right.

The service I just experienced at this location was horrible today at 5pm. First of all there were a total of 2 cars in the drive thru and it took them maybe 15 minutes to get to me. I was ordering my food and I asked for a specific item and the young teenager just interrupted my order and just said "no". No what? No you don't have what I want right now? No its not available? No reason she just intrupped me mid sentence and said "NO".

completely ridiculous.she did not even tell me much my order to, she did not tell me to drive up to the next window. The service at this location i've never had an issue until this specific person.

It's the biggest Tim Hortons in Stittsville. It's always a hit or miss. I order Bagel BELT and dark roast with no cream. Sometimes, the dark roast is extremely stale. Food is not bad the majority of the time. Expect to get wrong orders frequently. I ordered the order mentioned above and got 3 xl dark roasts. ALWAYS check the order.

613pm today the girl on sandwiches in drive through was touching the cash, coffees, and the interact machine with the same gloves as my bagel. Ewwwww

I call this the Tim Hortons of no chocolate chip cookies. I think I have been to this Tim Hortons 30~ times in the past 3 months between 12pm-6pm and they haven’t had chocolate chip cookies a single time. Its a meme at this point. I wonder if they will one day actually make any chocolate chip cookies after the initial morning run. God speed.

After waiting for about 2 minutes with no acknowedgement of my presence in the drive thru, the voice through the speaker just said "yeah". No greeting, no nothing. I'm not sure if I'm surprised any more at how atrocious the service has gotten at Tim's. I ordered nothing, drove home and brewed myself a coffee.

This location is within walking distance so its our go-to Tim's. However, for a few months, it rarely has buns or a variety of bagels or even muffins. The soup recently has been like dishwater, coffee as well.

This Tim Hortons is the worst Tim Hortons in all Ottawa, Ontario. I came into drive-thru for a Large steep tea regular. I waited in line for 23 minutes exact, when at the window I had to wait an additional five minutes for someone to take my payment. They did not greet me at all, opened the window asked for my payment and did not apologize for the long wait time.the person at window just grabbed whatever was beside them and handed me a bunch of food, and drinks on a tray.than took it back, told me it was for the next order and gave me my drink. This is wrong and unsanitary. They should not be giving out that food after its been in anyone’s car. I’m complaining to HR.

I walked into the store expecting my order to be taken within a minute, but no. Each and every staff member DISREGARDED ME! At one point, this tall Indian boy with buzzed hair saw me and grabbed his phone and walked away, avoiding eye contact all while I was asking for someone to serve me. I'm going to speak to the manager about this young lad.

There was a sweet new staff member on the day I ate my soup inside with my son and spent at least 40min listening to Ashley (bright red hair) speak condescendingly to the new team member and to customers. Constant shaking her head and eye rolling at every little thing. The new member was constantly apologizing for simply being new. I have never written a negative review but I could not stand it any longer. Ashley was acting completely unprofessional and I really hope she is not the manager or supervisor bc she treated her staff horribly.

I've always gotten good quality coming here, that being said they've nearly thrown my coffee at me a few times trying to go to fast.

Why do I even bother with Tim Hortons.
Latte taste like dish water.
And the donut I ordered was not the right one! How this business stays in operation is beyond my knowledge. Coffee is bland, service is horrible across the board regardless of the province. Never again.
